Lovely hotel, superb value for money with the deal we had. Friendly and helpful staff (shout out to Xusniddin!). The spa service was also very good, and amazingly good value.

Very luxurious hotel with wonderful staff and excellent amenities and a very good breakfast. Staff were incredibly helpful at all times. Rooms were spacious and some with nice balconies.

Maria was the best. Everybody was accommodating and helpful with our needs. Just one comment on the airconditioning unit. I wish they could make it more user friendly. I had to call in an engineer to teach me how to manage the room temp:). I was lucky enough to experience staying in one of your suites and I just wish yo had a bath tub. Maybe it is something you might want to consider over a powder room:)
We loved the heated floors! The toilet seat with all those options! A separate/enclosed shower and toilet area was a great idea! And I just love the layout of the room. The fact that you can convert it to a one bedroom unit or open up the room into a studio type is a brilliant idea! You can still have some privacy if you have guests around.
