Great location within walking distance of the old city and a couple of outstanding restaurants. Less than 5 min. to walk from the train station. The manager (Timur) was very helpful and made sure our stay there was enjoyable. Rooms are spacious and the room service was great

My first hotel did not respond to me so I choose this one instead. They helped me quickly and booked a taxi for me from Urgentch airport. The taxi driver was nice enough to wait for me (I had trouble getting money and a simcard). When I arrived there was 3 men, one of them is the manager I think. He speaks a perfect english, which is a huge help in a country where most people speak only Uzbek and Russian. The hotel is located conveniently next to the train station, there is 2 ATM just around the block. The room has a nice and cozy atmosphere with red carpets. For 3$ you can have a good breakfast with eggs, butter, bread, some kid of ham meat, tea of course , almonds and dried grapes.

Very kind host. Proximity to a nice restaurant - Dilnura. Flat had everything we needed. It's also a decent location - looks to be far from the center but it is easy to get to the old town as you can catch a minibus or just have a pleasant walk. A taxi will also cost you little - we paid between 7k to 15k sum

Really kind host Ulughbek who spoke excellent English. Recommended some good restaurants. Arranged a taxi from Urgench and to Khiva train station at not a ridiculous cost. Also assisted with us using public transport and allowed us to take our own food from the supermarket up to his rooftop to enjoy the sunset. Perfect location for all the sights
