We arrived around 6:30pm to be told that we'd missed our complimentary flight of wines: ended at 5pm. Also, the pool wasn't open for another two weeks. The spa had to be pre-booked so, as we were only there for one night, we missed that too. There may have been a bar: if there was it was closed. There was a restaurant but it wasn't open as it only provided lunch. The room was nice......

Every aspect of the Inn, setting, decor, amenities, service, and food, was first rate, befitting the property's history and reputation. We felt very welcome and cared for. The Williamsburg Inn is much better in every respect than it used to be despite the loss of the Regency Dining room as a daily venue for meals. Times change and the Inn has with them but the core values of elegance, comfort, and service remain.

Enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed our stay. Attended the "Cry Witch' trial which was very entertaining and realistic. Performers did a great job. Also went on
the Haunted Williamsburg one hour tour and heard some great ghost stories from the past.
The Jamestown Scotland Ferry, then the short drive to Smithfield was a nice experience. Ferry runs 24 hrs and is free. Approx. 20 min. ride. Smithfield was interesting with nice shops and places to dine.

This is the third time we have visited and stayed in Williamsburg. We enjoy the vibe there. I have genealogies from the Jamestown community, and similar interests in Norfolk City, Portsmouth and Newport News.
Williamsburg makes for a nice hub to access all those places, and the hotel prices and amenities there are appreciated. Staying at some of the in-town venues can be quite pricey; the Comfort Suites is a nice example of good value. Dave

Dined at various restaurants where the establishments were very clean and the food was good. Driving around Williamsburg is very easy. We also took a drive down to the ferry to Surry Seafood restaurant. This is a great little restaurant right on the water (river). We continued to Smithfield where we enjoyed the museums and many shops, boutiques. Ice cream parlor near the museum had great ice cream.

Overall, Williamsburg was a beautiful city to visit.
Overall, Williamsburg was a beautiful city to visit. Definitely coming back! Trash and liter always takes away from the overall appearance of a city, community and country. Rarely saw so much trash while visiting overseas. In America 🇺🇸 way too much.

I loved Williamsburg, but then I love history and architecture, art, shopping and good food. I live in Northern Virginia, and the food is pretty dreadful. Everything I ate in Williamsburg was really good--such a nice change.
I enjoyed shopping in Colonial Williamsburg and in New Town. I had a great time, and I'll be back.
Room was not ready when I arrived at 3. No one at front desk. Told me to go get dinner and come back to which I refused. Put me in a downgraded handicap room. Came back to him and requested my original room booked, which he then gave me. Rude.
Will not return which is sad as I have stayed at this hotel many times when I visited The Williamsburg park.
Location was excellent as we were in Williamsburg for Busch Gardens. Room was clean and beds were comfortable (especially after spending all day at the park). Nice hot shower! Breakfast was good and hot. Plenty of parking at the property - not always an option at some hotels.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and always love the location. You can park right outside your door so unloading luggage is very easy. We are able to walk to Colonial Williamsburg which is nice. The pool is wonderful and the staff are always helpful.
No need for TVs, bigger Parking Lot or bigger bathrooms. This place is unique and a charming witness of its time period. If you need Hotel Standards don’t go, but you would miss a wonderful experience. Lovely people/staff. Lovely place. Perfectly maintained.
I liked that the rooms are like apartments with space to spread out. The fireplace is our room actual worked and that was cozy for a Jan evening. The pool was large! The hotel is super close to Busch Gardens and the historic village of Williamsburg.
Great location, right in Colonial Williamsburg. Huge room with sliding doors to private large wooded area. Able to bring dog. Other than check in at a different facility, we did not see any staff at this hotel.
This hotel has a personable and professional staff. The hotel seems relatively new and is very clean and has a fresh feeling to it. Very convenient to restaurants, gas stations and Colonial Williamsburg.
Excellent accommodations for our family! Very clean, spacious and 3 bedrooms. We were sight seeing Jamestown, Gettysburg and Williamsburg! lots of Restaurants in area. Staff was very accommodating!
Location is the main sell here. It's less than 10 mins from colonial Williamsburg. It's a budget hotel so you know what you're getting: standard room with standard beds. But it was clean and quiet.
Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent pancake house almost next door for breakfast/lunch. Very convenient location for historic Williamsburg sightseeing.
The property is lovely and the hotel itself is very close to being great. The location is close to Colonial Williamsburg and convenient to the visitor center parking (about a 10 minute drive).
My family and I were comfortable with the room. The beds with comforts were very great. The location of this hotel was very easy. The breakfast was not so bad, but cold food.
