Breakfast was ok for the value of the hotel. There was unexpected hot food, but I’m not sure how safe the food was given that the breakfast area wasn’t very clean or maintained.

Dirty and poorly maintained hotel. Stay somewhere else.

Dirty and poorly maintained hotel. Stay somewhere else. We were visiting family nearby. I'm sure the city of West Bend has nautre areas and other things to do, just stay away from the hotel we booked.

West Bend has quaint downtown area with a beautifully restored theater. Bars and restaurants and specialty shops. The Hampton Inn was perfectly located for just a couple minute drive to the venue and downtown.

A picturesque city that seems to want to create a particular type of Utopia. There was not a single minority to be seen. In general, customer service at big box stores were fine. F & B type places -- not so much. I never dined in the same place twice. Average is the word that comes to mind.

The Jail House Resturant had the best food, service and price. If you are hungry, they fill you up. If you're lucky like we were our waitress did an over the top job!!!!!!!, her name was Savannah, she and all the other people went above and beyond any Resturant I have been to in a long time. I highly recommend the Saturday Night Prime Rib, and Stuffed Shrimp. The Kwik Trip by the Hotel, also had very polite employees.

I grew up here and try to come back once a year to check on my parents' graves and visit old friends. The new Museum of Wisconsin Art is wonderful, as is the tour of the old landmark County Court House and Jail. Antiquing in Kewaskum is also fun. A few good restaurants in the last few years.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we had and always offered greetings when we were in the lobby. Pool was great, temperature of water was very nice and was not overly crowded. Breakfast was very nice as well. Complimentary coffee and tea stand was a nice amenity. Would recommend to friends and return any time we visit West Bend.

The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly quiet. I didn't hear the highway at all even though my room was facing it. Got more sleep in one night then the previous four in a more expensive hotel. If the room had been cleaner and the floor carpeted, I would've rated my stay higher. The staff was very friendly.

The group we were staying with was told the pool would be available and upon arrival it was still under construction. Price doesn’t reflect this. We had a group of softball players who would have loved to be able to swim and we would have chosen another hotel had we been told the correct information.
