Being there for a funeral and meeting family members for the first time, it was not necessarily a place I would otherwise have chosen. What I saw of the area seemed quite nice. We did eat at the same restaurant, Briggs, two days in a row, and that was very good.
The food at Briggs was really tasty with huge portions. The staff was super-efficient and friendly. I would certainly recommend it and will go there again if I should find myself in the Wake Forest area.

Wake Forest is a little bit country and a little bit rock and roll ..
love the greenery and the abundant flowers , the niceness of its people but traffic is catching up to the worst of the nation ... and construction is booming here ...

The pool water was extremely cloudy and dirty.
The pool water was extremely cloudy and dirty. There was no breakfast due to Covid 19. The side doors of the hotel were broken so anyone could enter the hotel. The hotel lightening was very dark and depressing. It also felt damp and humid inside the hotel and room. Not to mention the strange smells throughout the hotel. This place is awful. I will never stay here again.

It was an ok stay.
It was an ok stay. My only problem is the cleaning staff needs to be there longer. They were also very rude when I asked them to clean my room. Other than that everything was ok. I feel like the pool could have been cleaner too. The beds were very comfortable which was the best part of my stay.

This hotel room had coffee pot, an apartment sized fridge and a microwave. Great shower. The room was spacious with King bed. Clean. Not much of a view. Indoor heated pool and a descent breakfast is included. The decor is modern and new looking. More closet and drawer space would be good for more than one person. Overall it exceeded my expectations. Its located near restaurants, department stores and boutique shopping. I did not explore entertainment because I was there to attend a family event.
There wasn't a breakfast . coffee , juice and some mini muffins. The hotel and grounds were filthy! Trash in the elevator , overflowing trash barrels, just gross. The hot tub water was gray. Nicole the front desk staff was very sweet but overworked. I would NOT recommend or use this place again.
Breakfast was good and everything went well except. For the lady that cause issues on the day I buried my fiancee and was late getting back to Hotel. All of my items had been from my room with no.contact at all.
I like the way I was treated from the very beginning everyone was so nice even though the hotel was busy very busy they stopped and took care of me and gave me a complementary water and extremely helpful
The breakfast was good but expensive along with the coffee. We have been used to eating a free breakfast in the hotel, but recognized with COVID that it was best to buy individual breakfasts.
Stephanie and her staff were so cordial and professional that I plan to have more family members and friends join me at the hotel at our next family venture. I really like this hotel!
The location was fine--close to the event we were attending. Price was slightly lower than nearby hotels, but higher than expected. No breakfast due to COVID restrictions.
How clean our room and entire facility was. This is a beautiful modern new hotel.
Also loved the simplicity of the room.
We will stay at Fairfield Marriott again.
The hotel didn't serve breakfast, it didn't matter we did have a full kitchen. The staff was short of amazing. The area was nice, had everything we needed.
