One day there was no milk for the cereal provided. When I asked where the milk was the reply was it hadn’t been delivered. Yet 2 miles down the road was a huge food shop. “Some people like dry cereal” was the comment. Not helpful.

The breakfast and the coffee need improvement. The room was nice, clean and quiet, but the bed was too firm and the pillows too soft.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a young man at the reception, his name is Julien (not sure if I misspelled his name), and this was a truly the best experience I have had in years at a reception desk! He was very professional, extremely helpful, and very fast in the check-in process. Adding to that, the room he checked up in was spacious and very clean. It also had all the necessary amenities. In reality the rooms are so much better than how they are posted on the website. If I knew I would have such a good experience I would have made my arrangements to stay for more than one night!
