The staff and the accommodations at the Harbourview Inn were wonderful. All of the little touches like beverages in the atrium, happy hour and cookies and milk at night were great. Made and paid for three rooms. You only had two and I had to make other arrangements for my sister. Unbelievable! Then upon checkout you charged a cancellation fee of $459 To my sisters credit card for a reservation that you said we didn’t have. That’s horrible.
