The lip service I received. They were great telling me they would fulfill my request and then do nothing.

The hotel is horrible. Idk where to start!
The hotel is horrible. Idk where to start! The bathroom towel rack was coming off the wall, and the water came out brown. The sinks drain slow, and the hairdryer was melted. The refrigerator had old melted ice cream in it. The phone didn’t have a cord. The towels looked dirty. The sheets need to be thrown out they had stains on them that a washer just can’t get out and lastly the window cover had a big hole in it. I told the guy at the front desk he clearly didn’t care I wouldn’t recommend this place

Although I reserved the 2 rooms well in advance, my 96 year old father and 90 year old mother who have dementia were not in adjacent rooms as requested. We were at the other end of the hall. Our room had a persistent rumbling all night from the roof top equipment purging that prevented sleep. Breakfast was disappointing and poorly stocked. When I voiced my concerns I was told they run a business and can’t always accommodate requests. I will not return.

Because of the price it was about what was expected.
Because of the price it was about what was expected. We needed an inexpensive place for a week while our house was being worked on. Everything was just OK except for the 3 things that I mentioned earlier.

My husband and I came back to visit Spring, after moving from there to the LaGrange Texas area, to be near my elderly mom. This is the first time we had been back in a long time, and found Spring quite changed, but that is progress as they say! I still love the area, and the Woodlands. Our favorite spot to visit for music and drinks is The Track Shack in Old Town Spring (great place to go) - lots of fun, and wonderful memories!

There are lots of things to do in Spring and lots of shopping stores I liked spring tx but HATED LAQUINTA HOTEL!!!!!!!! I found out its privately owned so the hotel says a lot about the owner...sorry and sad!
Excellent hotel in every aspect! It's rare to find a hotel with spacious rooms, well kept, clean, comfortable beds and an amazing shower.. with hot water and good pressure! one of the cleanest shower heads I've seen for almost ever! Good breakfast which was a huge plus considering the location of the hotel (no nearby restaurant options)
Thanks to Hampton team! we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to comeback!
The hotel room was alright, but it wasn't worth the $74.74 I paid for the room. I didn't get everything I was promised in the booking, like a free breakfast, or a clean hotel room. Also, the smoke detector was in a drawer with no batteries, which is a fire hazard. If you don't care about your safety, clean hotel, or promised FREE BREAKFAST, then you can book a room, but it's not recommended.
Everything about this hotel was great!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bedroom was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with plenty to choose from. The location was perfect for us, within easy reach of everything my husband and I wanted to see and do. We would definitely book this hotel again, if we are ever back in Houston.
Hotel is in a central location close to everything in Spring/Woodlands, right on I-45 southbound. The upgraded room was very clean. The freeway is NOISY outside and they did a great job dampening the road noise, I could barely hear it. This is a great place to stay on a budget, it's nicer than some of the more expensive hotels nearby.
Easy and quick check-in. The hotel had notices about construction on other floors, but we didn't hear anything. The hot tub was hot, the water was clear, and we felt it was one of the better conditions we've seen hot tubs at hotels. The room was modern and clean with a good layout for multiple people. We had no issues with the wifi.
It was the least expensive hotel in the area that did not have so many bad reviews we decided to take a chance.
Breakfast consisted of:
Bread and a few small muffins, 2 cereals, waffles with no fruits or syrup, yogurt, a couple of apples, 3 juices, instant oatmeal.
It was very close to freeways but also very quiet. It was clean and we enjoyed the option to grab a little snack late at night. Even though we didn’t utilize the restaurant for dinner or breakfast it’s nice to have the option right inside the hotel.
Had a great experience at this hotel, I interacted with multiple staff members and all were kind and helpful. The associate who checked us in was particularly sweet and set our visit off on a great foot. Everything was clean and bed was comfy.
The digital key, check in, and check out options on the app we’re PERFECTION. This room was cheaper than other “leading” hotel chains but with the kitchenette features Homewood Suites is far superior.
Nothing. There was literally nothing redeeming about this hotel. Nothing presented about this hotel, apart from the picture of the outside of the hotel was accurate.
