The Italian restaurant inside the hotel has excellent service and food. Sylvia checked us in and she was very friendly and accommodating. We'll be back!

We did take a peek on the 3rd floor as we were in a ground room. Loved the spooky feel but we didn't encounter any ghosts during our stay (thankfully!) The hotel was a short walk from the centre which was good for eating out.
