Large space. Much better inside than it appeared from the outside. Liked the pond and of course the "lookout" atop the hill with the view. Loved the privacy. So nice to have washer and dryer as well.

We loved the fact that it was about 15 min away from Garner state park! The utopia park was really pretty the water was still very cold the boys did not want to get it lol But the house was beautiful, clean, and felt like we was at home. At night you have some deer walking around the front of the house. It was an amazing experience that you don't get to see in the city. Would most definitely come back!
