the people: friendly and hard working. really puts the lie to the "poisoning the blood of the country" Trumpster BS. i was raised across the river, but had never learned that Rancho Cordova had become an Armenian enclave.

I liked the price and the free breakfast was a plus.
The thing my husband liked the most was the hot shower.
The thing my husband liked the most was the hot shower. We were just traveling through so the rate was appealing. I would avoid staying here. They do not even have microwaves in the rooms. Also due to the smell, cleanliness and roaches!

It Was raining so bad we didn't get to do much to the conference and back to the room.
Ate down town Sacramento..
The price I paid at Hawthorne wasn't worth it.
So dirty.
So afraid to get out of your car at night alone.
The homeless all around.
Talk we front desk staff and told them it was bad. Came with complimentary breakfast but why would I eat the breakfast when the rooms are filthy. If the room is filthy the food is filthy in the kitchen is filthy. And I brought other members of my organization with me they can put in a review as well a bad experience. Told to this manager on the on the day of departure that I deserve a full refund.

I enjoyed the time away from the hotel in shops and didn’t review any time in the hotel due to hard bed, woke up in pain, black mold in the bathroom, dirty rugs, dirty chair, couch no comforter on the bed pillows were uncomfortable the pictures of the rooms were not as nice as they looked online I would never stay there again or recommend to

I would not stay there again!!!
I would not stay there again!!! Dining room was not open, Elevator broken. The security guard told me that I couldn't park in a particular handicap parking space, my handicapped tag was hanging from my mirror, because that was where he parked. If he was handicapped, he wouldn't be a security guard; he was what is called a Cop-Wanna be. I know one when I see one, I was a LEO for 18 years after retiring from the U S Army with 38 years of service.

A town full of supermarkets and places to eat.
A town full of supermarkets and places to eat. Park/green space locally where you can view the American River and feed the ducks. Lots of roads, concrete and trees. The town does have drug users, homeless and beggars. Police are visible.

There is a great fish and chips place just off of Brashaw.
There is a great fish and chips place just off of Brashaw. There is also a great Korean restaurant in the same area, next to the Smile Korean market. The area of Rancho Cordova I visited was accesible from Rt 50 and once you learned what exits to take, the rest was easy. I would've liked to get to Jackson Rancheria but there was no time.
The staff was great, they was the best starting from the greetings soon as we walk through the door when we came down to breakfast I even came down just for a snack they was really really nice made us feel so welcome it was are second time staying there we come for a car club pic nic and we like 20 min away from the park for new years..we could have picked a closer hotel but we choose them and will be back..thanks again
The property was misrepresented in the listing. In the listing, the property clearly stated that there was a pool on site but upon check in, the staff didn’t even inform us that the pool had been recently closed down by the local board of health….Additionally, we had a rather expensive water bottle that may have been taken by another patron of the hotel or a staff member. The breakfast met our expectations.
This hotel and staff was amazing, they accomadated me and my family when no other hotel would do on the morning that we arrived. We drove all the way from Hutchinson Kansas and arrived around 4 in the morning and this hotel was the only one that would accept us at the time. The hotel was so clean and the room was nice and spacious. Thank you Luis for accomading us.
The only reason why I wanted to stay at this hotel was because I wanted the room with the jucci tube and it didn't work and all the other rooms with the jucci tube where booked . I was so very very disappointed. And the staff was like all well nothing we can very bad customer service Worst experience ever
the mattress was more comfortable than my own. the hot water was very hot and came on quickly. I used the fridge and the micro, and I appreciated the wooden hangers. oh, and because the hotel was pet friendly my cat Boo was with me. very decent breakfast.
This was the first hotel that we have stayed at in Sacramento, that we loved. The area was nice and clean. The hotel staff was polite, fast at checking me in, explained all charges. Getting to our room was east and I loved how comfortable the beds were.
I have stayed at this hotel several times and each time I am very happy with my stay, as I've reported all the other times. While it appears to be rated a 2-star hotel, I truly believe it should be a 3-star.
Nada !!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS ON THE INTERNET AND THE HOTEL IS IN A GOOD AREA. BUT THERE ARE PURELY DRUGGED PEOPLE HOSTED I EVEN SAW THREE PATROLS ENTER IN LESS THAN 20 minutes I was there
We were unable to eat breakfast, we had an early morning funeral. The staff was very nice . We traveled a distance an your hotel was right off the freeway. Thank you so much for the stay.
Very clean spacious room! Used as a stopover hotel on our road trip so just wanted to relax and do some local shopping. Comfy bed! Spacious breakfast area offering a lot of options!
It was the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. Staff were not professional. They made us wait too long in the cold. It was definitely a place I never wanted to pass by again.
I thought the hotel had a great friendly atmosphere. I was impressed by the room accommodations and how comfortable the bed was. Awesome breakfasts served daily!
The Hotel room was clean and bathroom was good, breakfast was served on time, just one person working but did her best to keep food and supplies filled.
