This is the place to go for a great view.
This is the place to go for a great view. The room was spacious and fairly clean. It was nice for a weekend getaway. The restaurant next door is great. The wifi/internet connection was terrible, as was TV reception. Too bad! Because it was cold and windy outside we wanted to relax in the room (there is not much else to do).

A beautiful, hidden gem of the lower Chesapeake.
A beautiful, hidden gem of the lower Chesapeake. Breath-taking views of the Potomac and St. Mary's rivers, within FEET of each other. Quiet, quaint and laid back. It's off the beatin' path, so you'll have to go further up for entertainment. But if you're looking to unwind and rejuvenate, this IS the place. The Ruddy Duck also provides some social time, with GREAT food and atomsphere.AAnonymousUnited States
