We didn’t stay. I am requesting my money back. The room was poor, the front desk was completely unhelpful. I was checking in with my spouse who has ALS, I requested extra pillows twice so he could elevate and breathe well, they never came! Front desk said they had no help!

Our floor had some stuff left on it the beds was old an not very comfy. But with that said they where rvery friendly an very professional. Was easy for my handicap ma. Sucked there was no fridge but that's ok. Out side was clean no little cute shampoo or conditioner bottles either there nice to see . Sheets was on point tho. Not enough pillows. But I like fluffy lol.

Pikesville used to be a great place but now it is in the ghetto... the "hood" where you don't want to be. This hotel was a great place 40 years ago... today it is a roach and rodent infested flop house for the lowly among us. Stay away from this place at all costs. The name Howard Johnsons used to mean quality... I was so disappointed... I couldn't believe HoJo's allowed this place to use it's name.

No one answers the phone at the front desk so you're forced to walk through the sleazy hotel grounds to the entrance for the front desk. Rat in the room Barely got room service so I bought my own supplies People were smoking and practically living in the gym. They didn't hold the money for the stay. They just completely charged me on a random day.

The hotel needs to be shut down. The grounds were unkept as well as the room. The carpet, bathroom and room was filthy. Curtains were falling down, the doors off track, holes in the walls partially patched and bug infested. There were half filled bottles of shampoo etc.. I expect a full refund. The staff was rude as well. A lot of controversy-arguing with the customers - very unfriendly.ConnieUnited States

I told him to cancel. 12 hours later being in my hotel at the Ramada inn Howard Johnson hotel charge me $294.74 I want my money back before I sue you for credit card fraud. Your hotel was nasty.
