I loved that there was a separating door between our bed and the couch area. We were travelling with our dog and the door really kept the room quiet from any hallway noise. We will definitely return.

The ease of checking in was good. The location was good although traffic is a bit chaotic getting out to get on the highway during afternoon hours due to apparent inabilities of locals to follow traffic laws. The breakfast was acceptable.

All the inexpensive motels in Ooltewah and Chattanooga are owned by the same kind of people. They don't care and take pride in providing a good nights stay or courteous service.
Stay in Cleveland!
The motels, prices, and management are better

I am biased in my opinion of Ooltewah because my mother grew up there. I spent Summers with my grandmother on Snow Hill Rd and even lived there for two years as an adult. I love the little town!
We were for a family reunion and frequently visit my elderly mother. We tried other hotels in the area and this is the one we will start staying at.
Nothing. It was not fit for humans. We booked three nights and left first thing in the morning of the first because it was so bad. The mold smell, stains on the ceiling, stained and damaged carpet and bathroom that was water damaged made it unfit. we arrived late and we were too exhausted to leave so we waited until morning. I booked the hotel because it said it was Wyndham. Wyndham needs to be ashamed that they allow this squalor with their name attached.
This hotel is essentially a NEW build. It has a private courtyard with seating and grills (I didn't have time to use) but was a nice area. The rooms are Very nice. Kitchen in the front half, down that hall is the bedroom. Nice firm beds. No maid service so hang up your wet towels after your shower.
We loved it! Nicely decorated, cozy, quite with a soft confortable bed, new kitchen appliances and a great warm shower. We enjoyed coffee and snacks in the morning. The owner was there to help when we needed to iron clothes for a wedding. We had our privacy which we appreciated.
Loved the vinyl plank flooring in the room instead of carpet!! I wish all hotels would move away from carpet, it just never feels clean. This room was very clean, had very comfortable beds and great furnishings. I also loved that there was an indoor pool and hot tub.
The front desk staff and the deli manager are exceptional and they have outstanding customer service skills. They are professional and friendly. I will return and recommend this hotel.
The convenience to everything. Grounds maintained well. Staff was kind and professional. Loved the courtyard. Our room was clean and spacious. Pet friendly was a plus for us.
Breakfast was good. Room was very clean and the hotel overall was quiet. Location was convenient. Price was a little more than we usually pay. Staff was very friendly.
