The management at Oakridge Inn are so great they really make you feel welcome. The room was really large and comfortable with a lot of space to keep luggage and clothes out of the way and a big bathroom. Parking is plentiful and convenient to be close to your room.

Ojai is very much worth visiting if you want to escape the rush of big cities and franchise businesses such as Starbucks, fast food outlets, and rude city drivers. The bike/walking path through the village allows one to experience nature in many forms. It is maintained wonderfully and surprising free of trash and litter. Don't miss the abundance of charming restaurants with unique menus. Enjoy hiking or, if you are a bit hardier, biking the Shelf Road trail with its great views of the Ojai Valley.

The mountains surrounding the city are beautiful. The city itself really has nothing to offer except a lake. The downtown is very small unless you’re hiking or fishing. There isn’t much to do. Ojai is a charming village with shops, restaurants and boutiques. There are many health centers too. The Libby Bowl is an excellent, small concert venue and the Ojai Valley Resort and Spa has excellent golf opportunities and Bluegrass Sunday brunch. We enjoyed our visit to Ojai. The hiking was very good, with well marked signage. The weekend traffic was heavy, but not once you got out of town. The downtown area was fun with lots of little quaint shops and galleries. The farmers market was amazing. Our favorite restaurant was the Seafood Restaurant. Libby park was pretty with good tennis facilities. The bike ride from Ojai to Ventura is a must. Beautiful ride that provides good exercise and not too steep in either direction. The room was a good size. I never saw a human been working in the hotel. No basic services for the price. No making the bed Just one roll of toilet paper for a two room One box of Kleenex for the whole place No extra water, not even to buy Overall very disappointed; Mi family stay at Capri, a lot less money and a lot more services. The pool hot/tub is quiet, clean and fun. There are some comfy deck chairs. The rooms are spacious and have nice outdoor sitting areas. The staff was super friendly and helpful. BEST is the free bike rental - my favorite part of my trip was cycling around town early in the morning. It was really special. I didn't want to leave! Nice snacks and free water bottles included in room. Free coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

The location is amazing, and I found it hard to believe the amazing deal for our stay, so close to the Ojai Arcade. We walked the entire time we stayed here. Staff were all incredibly kind; continental breakfast and dining room were ample, and sun-soaked... it felt like a Bed & Breakfast in its charm.
