The location was perfect, just off I77. It was great having a kitchenette in the suite, which was very roomy. The breakfast was good, whether you want hot or cold, it was there. The staff was very accommodating when one of our group thought she had lost her ear pods.

Breakfast for 3 out of 4 days was horrible. No selection.
Breakfast for 3 out of 4 days was horrible. No selection. Only white bread, no muffins, biscuits or bagels as I've come to expect at a wyndam property. Also no yogurt, or fresh fruit.
I insist to be compensated. I paid for a reasonably decent breakfast, which my wife and I did not receive.

Open concept rooms. Did not like the Bonefish.
Open concept rooms. Did not like the Bonefish. We did Doordash the ppl delivered fast. The fish and shrimp was over cooked. I normally get Bonefish when I stay out but this particular one was not good. they could’ve just had a bad night at the restaurant.

I didn’t like the bed the mattress and pillows were to hard.
I didn’t like the bed the mattress and pillows were to hard. The tv should have been updated the we’re older models. There was no ice machine on the property. I definitely missed not having a swimming pool. If so we were unable to find it. There was never anyone in the office to ask. Otherwise everything was good. I loved the privacy and being in the secluded area.

Beautiful town, every type of service available.
Beautiful town, every type of service available.
Friendly people.
Don't stay at the Baymont by Wyndham hotel. The minute you walk in it is dirty and has strong odor throughout. Pictures we looked at to select were very nice and it was a good value; however, it was a bate and switch. Not clean anywhere, service at night with check in was not friendly. Floors, elevators, hallways, were all dirty. In room the phone didn't work, missing light bulbs, previous guest towel was in the bathroom hanging. Ice machine didn't work. Customer service was fai at check in. Morning person was kind and stunned at the photos we showed her. She gave us the supervisor's name.
The moldings of the walls in hallway were on the ground. Felt as if the place was completely neglected. We traveled 10 hours to get to NC and had an early morning appointment so we had to stay plus we had prepaid for the room. A big mistake. We had stayed at the Hampton in previously and it was nice. A few dollars more but worth it. We stayed one night thankfully on 8/16/20. Poorly managed accommodations.

I have Family in Mooresville N C so needless to say I have my Heart there! this 58 yr old girl decided to take a short road trip to see Lazy 5 Ranch I had a riot (tho don't listen to the goats llamas emus they lie) and giraffe s like to drool wish I brought some nieces and nephews! Southern food is a great change for this New Yorker tho I like to go to the no chain places was not disappointed! Love that you can be in the city /suburbs with in miles your on a majestic country road !
Since the hotel is under insurance loss renovation nothing is working. No pool, no brekfast, no anything except coffee, which was bad. This should be under dislike.
Like, the staff. We have stayed here before in NNov 2020 and it was bad then and expected the building to be repaired my summer. I understand insurance los but then make the room cheaper because guests have to add $25 for breakfast somewhere else.
I liked that hotel allowed my pets to stay with me. I liked the look and the cleanliness. I liked that they put me in a room by the elevators knowing that I had dogs traveling with me. It was extremely convenient. I liked that the front staff would ask how my dogs are doing whenever I saw them and the kind lady who took my name and phone number when I had to step out and was extremely nervous about leaving my dogs.
modern vibe, friendly touches (this one promoted a local animal shelter; guests frequently ended up adopting a foster animal they met at the hotel!).
The facilities were sparkling clean and attractive as were the rooms. Bathrooms were first rate, and they generally influence 90% of my overall rating of a property.
lots of restaurants across the street.
The property, the hotel /room was clean, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The parking lot was full, and I have to say the floor (4th) we stayed on was quiet, no slamming doors, people being loud, it was nice to get a decent sleep without all the noise, people, ac, traffic, elevators, doors. Would stay here again.
The shower was perfect. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The breakfast attendant was very friendly. Donna at the front desk gave some information on the pros and cons of third party booking and if I book directly with the hotel, I can use my veterans discount.
The breakfast was horrible. The reception when we arrived was good. Need more carts for luggage only had two at this hotel and they weren't available when we arrived with our luggage/bad the hotel need more at that location. Marriott can do better at that i'm sure.
The hotel was convenient, clean and comfortable and in a great location for us. The staff was really friendly and accommodating and our room was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Thanks very much we really enjoy this day. It was a great value.
My kids loved the pool, we loved the option of grilling out by the pool while the kids played. The location was really nice! Extra points for a near by Starbucks that was within walking distance to hotel. Lots of food options close by and shopping areas.
The hotel is under major renovation. The rooms were totally remodeled and the finished product will be lovely. The finishes are of high quality. The bed was comfortable with many pillows and the chair was perfect for sitting and reading.
Bed was comfortable but one pillow was to soft and the other to hard. Shower was great and the room was comfortable. We also liked the breakfast, that’s one of
The reasons I have stayed at
This hotel more than once.
Breakfast was better than I expected - thank you
Our meetings were in the hotel and the meal was an unexpected treat - kept us from having to brave the fowl weather to get breakfast then return to our meetings.
Staff was friendly and even though it appeared hotel was understaffed. The staff worked to ensure we had what we needed when requested. Everyone on hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating.
Clean and spacious room. Everything provided - dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a very nice area near Lake Norman.
