The front desk staff were very friendly and very cooperative. The location is great too; good restaurants nearby. All in all, a very good experience. Front service could have been better when it comes to stereotyping. Not once but twice the lady had to clarify no smoking in the room. Despite booking a non-smoking room. I came into town to attend the State fair and this hotel was 17mins from the location. The beds were very comfy. The location is the great, there are plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Also I was able to sign into my Netflix on the TV. Wifi was very easy, there was no password required. Disliked · Where do I began! First I noticed small pieces of food on the floor by the AC unit. There were stains a towel and on the wall, that was very visible. Safe to say housekeeping need to do a better job! Second it took at least 5 mins for the water in the shower to get hot and even than it was not very hot, not even to make the bathroom area steamy. The elevator was broke. For this to be a fairly new renovated hotel, it needs a lot of upgrades. Will I stay here again? I will not! The food on the floor and the stains on the walls and towel just made the whole room feel nasty and who wants to stay at a nasty hotel.StephanieUnited States - 10Scored 10

Hotel was very clean. The big bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall was something we had never seen in any hotel where we have stayed. Very handy. Did not have time to use the exercise room, outdoor pool, outside patio and grill, nor the mini golf area. The hotel was well occupied, but there was no loud noise; very quiet for a good night sleep. Hotel is not too far from Tanger Outlet for some good shopping.
