The entry, fireplace, warm friendly, professional staff, easy parking area, easy access on/off highway. Bedroom and bath linens were very nice. The room was very clean and had no odor. It was just a great place to decompress from the drive. Also, breakfast was outstanding!

The location is stunning, next to the river and the children could tube down the length of the bank. The trailer we were in was a great design and easily accommodated 5 of us easily. The reception staff allowed us to check in early. Some areas of the site were family-oriented. The owners put on a Saturday evening dance which was a nice touch as it stopped at 10pm.

Nice town in tri-state area to enjoy the Delaware river and being out in nature. I came from Arizona during the winter, not a good time to visit. Too cold there visiting family for a vacation. Pain in the butt to get there from New York City airports.

The hotel was practical, clean, and - for most parts - well run. However, it did not have working wifi in many rooms, a major inconvenience for business travelers. I had to use an ironing board near the room door for work and still the signal was very weak.

This hotel is fine & the breakfast was good.
This hotel is fine & the breakfast was good. The check-in employee said she had to charge us $30 more since we booked through a 3rd party site but would refund the extra fee if we did not harm the room. We were shocked by her statement. She would not provide any print-out showing this bill or policy.

Pleasantly surprised with accommodations - room well appointed, extra clean, bed very comfotable, toiletries good quality. Staff and front desk helpful, responsive to my call about children in upstairs room being too noisy. Extra nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there again
All of the staffs are amazing! Very helpful and accommodating. I go to this hotel almost every year coz we visit family in the area. Early check in and late check out is not a problem always let them know early if you need it. My last stay I needed to add one more day and they made everything possible. The back patio will always be my favorite. Relaxing and really nice view!
Thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay always the best!
Good location within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Except for a mistake made by a front desk clerk when we arrived, or possibly made by the night auditor, the staff were excellent. Breakfast and eating area was very good. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was very quiet and there was no overcrowding at breakfast, and there was no problem with housekeeping or other services -- the hotel easily managed having a full house.
breakfast good service great room was old and needs renovation I am ise to staying in newer hotels when I travel and tou can see and feel a big difference, your room was ok for a 1 night stay but I would have moved to another hotel if I was staying longer
the carpet was ripped, I just thought you could do a better job the bathroom fely old and tubs are no longer used
a good sized shower is much more beneficial
For a hotel chain, the breakfasts here are better than most. This is a convenient first-night stop for us on our annual trips down south in the spring. We always look for a safe place since we travel with expensive bikes on the vehicle as well as lots of stuff inside it, and the fact that Hampton Inns are usually off the highways and main streets appeals to us.
This hotel is conveniently located to restaurants with easy access off of I-84. Very clean and welcoming! Very nice lobby and rooms. Pet friendly is a huge plus! Beautiful patio with outdoor seating. Rooms were very clean. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast buffet. The food was good and served fresh and hot. Would definitely stop here again.
This is one of the best best western hotels we've stayed at. Extremely clean, delicious breakfast with tons of options, staff was more than accommodating and super friendly, my daughter left behind a stuffed animal and they shipped it to our home, awesome staff! We will definitely be returning when we travel to that area again.
Great hotel located adjacent to many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and we had a nice view from the window over a pond. There are laundry facilities available, which we made use of after two weeks travelling.
Helpful staff, good location.
Breakfast was good, clean, & plentiful. Those employees worked very hard to keep everything supplied & clean. The location of this hotel was strange. It was down a weedy back street with very poor signage. The hotel was very nice looking once we got there.
I stay at Hampton Inn Matamoras every time I am up to visit my family. The staff at this location are always wonderful, friendly and right there when I have ever needed anything.
The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy but they did a great job keeping up with all of the families and kids that were there for the local tournament.
