We stayed there because it was very near the airport and it provided a shuttle bus there, which was easy and on time.

We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi.
The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions.
fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's
For most travellers this is an 'airport' hotel and it provides from the needs of those travellers well. There is surce luggage storage and great lounge spaces you can relax in even after you have checked out. There is tea/coffee/chilled water available and computers/phone charging facilities.
A help yourself continental breakfast is provided - cereal/toast, muffins etc. It seems they used to provide snacks at all times but stopped during Covid.
Bedroom: Decent size and since I had a room almost at the end of the hotel, it was very quiet and no noise issues, except for people using the laundry from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs. The laundry room was just opposite my room.
Location of Hotel: Distance wise not much of a distance from JFK, but traffic is bad and it took 15 - 30 minutes. 15 when traffic was not bad.
I loved everything starting from the nicest shuttle driver to the receptionist and housekeeping ladies....everyone makes you feel at home...i loved the location of the hotel which is walking distance from everything you need from shopping to dining.....
Very convenient to JFK, especially with the free shuttle. Breakfast was a nice addition, just the basics, but it was nice. Perfect for a short overnight stay. And, free parking was a bonus! Rooms were perfectly fine and clean. Very simple hotel.
Free shuttle to JFK, and great value for money. Just as nice as some of the big name hotels with more expensive rooms nearby. Great rooms and beds. Helpful staff and nice lobby. Will be our “go to” hotel at JFK, really glad we found it!
Great place to stay for an ealry morning flight out of JFK. Shuttle was on time and was easy to catch. Yes the hotel is a bit dated, but it is comfortable and clean and the staff was efficient.
I’ve never went out of my way to give a hotel a review but this one deserved it! Phenomenal staff, everyone I met was delightful and the shuttle was super accommodating. Will be going back.
The provision of the hotel shuttle. The fact that they gave us the possibility to check out later because our luggage was delayed for a day. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
Friendly staff and location. Hôtel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Near JFK. Free shuttle. Perfect for a family. Breakfast was ok. We stayed 1 night. I definitely recommend.
