Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dickson, hotel in Kingston Springs

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dickson has free bikes, fitness centre, a shared lounge and terrace in Dickson. The hotel features an indoor pool and a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi.

The friendliness of one gentle lady who was present both when I checked in and when I checked out. That made all the difference for me. I travel often across the country and I stayed in many hotels. What I have observed is that staff are friendlier when you check in than when you check out. In the case of the Fairfield in Dickson, I was delighted to have been proven wrong. I will definitely stay there again.

Super 8 by Wyndham Nashville West, hotel in Kingston Springs

Nashville International Airport is 20 minutes’ drive from this motel. It offers a daily grab and go breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and expanded cable TV with HBO in every room.

We had a nice, clean and warm room on the 2nd floor. No foreign smell or insects. Towels and bed linen are good, white. The mattresses are comfortable. The beds are not too wide for 2 adults, so I slept with the child, and my husband slept in the second bed. These beds are full size. All equipment (TV, refrigerator, microwave, sockets and lights in the room) worked perfectly. We came to the Depeche Mode concert. Bridgestone Arena is 15-20 minutes away by car from this hotel. We parked in the Art Museum parking lot, the evening cost was $5 per hour.

Nothing was good the room was nasty with holes in the door of the bathroom. They double charged us so we paided for 4 nights not the two we stayed for. We tried to get are money back for two nights. Was on the phone for 30 minutes with them telling us not there fault. So I just gave up. Please if you walk by the pool it is growing bushes in the middle of the pool it was summer and the pool had not been opened for years. And we walked are dogs to use the bathroom by the pool and found needles on the right side of the pool. Will never use Quality inn in any state they should not even have a business.

We went for a hunting trip and did not know much about the area. The other things in the area were fine, but I will never stay in this motel ever again. It’s the perfect example of a run down DOOR KICKER motel.
