The Chicago Airport West-O'Hare Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located on I-290 near O'Hare airport and also only a short drive from the exciting Chicago city centre.

I did not like anything, only check in here for the location itself. Rude celestine front desk attendant.

There's not anything to like in this so-called Hotel when they are stealing ID's by trying to photo copying them. Totally Illegal.

The location was good because it was near a friend's house so it was easy for us to meet up. Parking was free and had enough parking slots so that's great in Chicago area. Breakfast wasn't free but there was a resto there that served large portions of hearty and warm breakfast. Room was basic but good enough for a short warm 2 night stay.

I enjoyed the new updates to the rooms. I didn't have any hangers in the room to hang my clothes up. The bed was so comfortable.

    Save your money and don't come here that's all I can say for now. Very disappointed I wish I didn't booked this hotel at all! A very bad experience. 10 thumbs 👎. Very dirty still in the 90's era.

    The room was supposed to be a none smoking room, however,...

    The room was supposed to be a none smoking room, however, the room reeked of cigarette smell which made it hard to breath. The room was very stuffy even with the AC unit going. The beds were hard, pillows were flat, which made for a very uncomfortable and sleepless night. Asked for additional pillows and was told they did not have any and was giving a blanket to use as a pillow instead.

    I reserved 2 days early and get there greeted with a frown...

    I reserved 2 days early and get there greeted with a frown and place in a disgusting occupied room, urine and feces in toilet nasty men underwear on floor and just yuck . It took 1 1/2 hr to be placed in a room afterwards. Yes I was fully refunded but would have fathered been met with a smile and a clean ready room. Never ever ever will book with Extended Stay anywhere in this world or life.

    Good value, located near stores and shipping companies. Good location for work because of the easy access to restaurants and quick access to the highway. Traffic kind of sucks but that is Chicago for you!

    The room was nice and clean.

    The room was nice and clean. The pool was large and well maintained. The breakfast was 7 dollars per person which was ridiculous to me considering it wasn’t any better if not worse than a complimentary one from other hotels.
