This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and it was perfect just as the 1st time. The general manager and his staff are such kind and accommodating people! We have just booked yet another stay with them. Breakfast is basic but everything is there and the coffee is reallyyyy good.

Went there to see family. Left Galesburg many years ago for a good reason and never want to go back. It has really gotten downhill. I did visit Hardee's and Casey's and Hy-Vee gas station food was excellent in all places

Quaint hometown feel, lots of options to eat wide variety. People were friendly and helpful. Stopped at the Landmark cafe & creperie. Community corner thrift store and Wordsmith bookstore. We enjoyed our visit and were left with a great first impression.

Grew up in the Galesburg area. While very recessed since I lived there the area does have some great places to eat and some fun points of interest. It's great if you are passing through for a couple days.

Employees were friendly but had an excuse for everything that was not up to par or satisfying. Arrived early but no rooms available, went back 20 minutes after check in time and they had to go and see if a room was ready, internet was awful.... downloaded the WiFi, had to reconnect every 20 minutes. Horrible internet!!! Breakfast was provided but not much variety and the same thing each morning.

Also, my husband and I attended many gatherings in their two, large convention-type rooms in years past. The front desk receptionist was decent as was the lady we checked out with the next morning. The lobby and the restaurant still look ok. Those areas all have “good bones”, so to speak, with heavy, oak mouldings and terra cotta floors. But, everything needs a major refurbishing.
