It’s a nice hotel but once you walk in.You get the smell of the moisture and then once you look up you see all the water stains and everything in the ceiling. My second night I went out and I had a dog in my room. The manger had called me to explain to me that my dog was barking in the room which I understood but come to find out later on that someone had entered my room when I did have a DND sign that someone did steal as well. The manger was explaining that people were complaining then had the nerve to ask “ well are you planning to come back to your room tonight or planning to stay out?” I’m sorry I didn’t know it was your concern after I had told her I was going to pick up my dog. She was very rude and her tone was disrespectful because I’m a paying customer and once I tell you I’m going to take care of my dog she should’ve ended the conversation instead of asking me if I’m planning to return to my room like if I’m a child.JamieUnited States - 10Scored 10

We booked the same day and when we arrived everything went smoothly, staff was polite n friendly. The room was ok and my daughter really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast could of been better. But overall, we would come back.

We travel with our dog, and she is always welcome at Red Roof Inn, and without a costly surcharge. The hotel is very nice for the category of budget accommodations that are dog friendly. The room is clean, bed was very comfortable, front desk and other staffers were pleasant and professional. There is an in-room coffee maker, fridge and microwave, but we got coffee from the Dunkin' Donuts next door. Will stay here again next time we are in the area.
