I stayed in room 1412, top floor. It was right across from the South elevator. The walk out balcony was a surprise and I had a fabulous view of both stadiums across the river. I went to a Reds game. The walk over the bridge was only 13 min. They do have a dollar shuttle every 15-20 minutes and, during this time, a free mini electric shuttle was also observed picking people up. I had no problem sleeping. The bed/pillows were comfortable. No noise was observed. Convenient app check-in and out with door unlock feature.

The hotel is well located even though it's not by the riverside. The valet service is very pleasant. The style is very charming and the staff does their job perfectly. We enjoyed the decor, and while the overall building isn't new (be aware if you're seeking a modern hotel), the restaurant, bar, and lobby offer a unique atmosphere. Regarding the floors, the elevator is newly renovated and the corridors are somewhat "old" and a bit dark, but frankly, the renovation is beautiful (note: if you don't appreciate the sound of wooden floors, this might not be for you!) There's no coffee in the room and tokens are provided (either delivered or to be picked up downstairs) and the mini bar is well-stocked - with a fridge.

Although we didn't eat the provided breakfast, there was one available. The stovetop and fridge in room were welcome. The hotel staff was very very helpful. It's a decent place to stay with your pet. The other ledgers were nice too!

I really like this town.
I really like this town. It's got the old bluesy vibe that contrasts Cincinnati across the river well. I've always felt Covington has been underrated due to being overshadowed by Cincinnati.

We decided to stay 2 nights after initially booking one night only. The price was right, affordable for a brand hotel.
We mainly stayed in a hotel to rest. I did not get out very much.

The front desk workers were incompetent and could not find my name. waited 1.5 hours and they still could not find my name. They suggested I make new reservations through priceline.com once I did that, by their suggestion they never told me they found my original reservation so I was charged twice, and they refused to refund me my money, they are a horrible company, I have made several reports against them and no one has contacted me regarding this matter. 419-905-6423 Tanya Patton

We had a great trip.
We had a great trip. It was the perfect launching point for our visit to the Cincinnati area. The immediate area was great--super good restaurants and bars within just a few minutes. And did we mention our unit was on the street of the MARDI GRAS PARADE! What fun! Getting into Cincy was a breeze--and we enjoyed the multiple art galleries, (Sign Museum was a TREAT!) and the zoo!

The staff could have been a little more friendly.
The staff could have been a little more friendly. Also breakfast was to be included in the price of the room but was not aware of a needed voucher? Had to show a copy of receipt where breakfast was included. My younger brother and I were there for a weekend football game; the staff didn't make us feel very welcome.
The owner was very friendly, prompt in checking in and checking out info. Apartment was beautiful! Great price! All updated, decor was very pretty, could set the temperature you would like. There were items that were free and available. Coffee pods, water, a few snacks, toothpaste and other personal care items if needed. Great location if you enjoy hanging out in Covington! We will definitely use the apartment again!
The revolving restaurant had absolutely fantastic fantastic food. The calamari were perfect and the steak so tender. Having a balcony off the room was nice There is suppose to be no smoking on the balcony but of course we had a pot smoker disobeying the rules. The hotel finds it difficult to control those people. Really not their fault.
The hotel is stylish and fun. As a fan of architecture, I enjoyed the soaring atrium and many spaces to hang out. Being a renovated department store gives it a cool vibe. The room was huge. I liked the eggplant walls, minibar was delightful and bed excellent. The room was quiet and I slept well. The staff is welcoming and very helpful.
Due to the cleanliness of the hotel we did not stop for breakfast. The location was good for places to eat and drink. Madison, at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful.
City view was lovely but obscured by extremely dirty windows and due to traffic noise (which cannot be helped) we were unable to leave them open.
Hotel was good overall. The localisation was good, next to the conference centre, there was no problem to easy get to the city or use bus. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. You could choose table with river view or eat inside the Lobby. Evening snack and drink was also nice.
Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Across the river from Cincinnati.. Fast food restaurants nearby for late night food run. We had a room with a view of bridge going across the river and Cincinnati. Had secure parking for only $10. Overall happy with this hotel.
Although we didn't eat the provided breakfast, there was one available. The stovetop and fridge in room were welcome. The hotel staff was very very helpful. It's a decent place to stay with your pet. The other ledgers were nice too!
The rooms are very nice, and the building design is interesting. The view of the skyline is impossible to beat, and the location allows you to walk to anywhere in Covington and downtown Cincinnati in a few short minutes.
Staff was very friendly and quick to solve any issue. Comfy, clean, no bugs. That's about all I'm looking for in a hotel. Breakfast wasn't as big of a variety as the picture looked. That's OK though, they had coffee.
Great location! Had a nice afternoon in the cool downtown Covington area and then had a easy ride to the game. We walked back to enjoy the nice evening.
