We liked the conveniences of home all in a wonderfully set up apartment. It was very comfortable. It had a wonderful deck to sit out on, plus a patio with a picnic table. We loved walking along the river and witnessed a rocket launch! That was so amazing. The locals are extremely friendly and the neighborhood is wonderful to walk through at any hour. The hosts also were readily available if we needed something, great communication.

Lovely little area, we stayed before boarding our ship for our cruise so we didn't do alot in Cocoa.. The "Ihop" next to the hotel was some of the best tasting food I've ever had at an Ihop..

Unable to use TV. Difficult to get stations. Needed better instructions. Facility very dim lighting. very dark exterior at night. Found a roach on night stand. Unable to reach front desk on telephone. Just an unpleasant stay. Did not stay for breakfast due to the overall experience of quality of what the hotel look like...

Great staff, changed our room at check-in to make the walk to the room under 30 feet. This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and an on-site restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral.

Cocoa Beach is nice with excellent restaurants nearby.
Cocoa Beach is nice with excellent restaurants nearby. Worst is the hideous bus schedule, every 30 minutes near the beach, every 60 minutes farther from beach, and wasn't ever on-time. People can't even use it to get to and from work. Hard to believe this is the place they launch rockets to space from as the bus system is Third World at best. Shameful.

Horrible, HORRIBLE facility!!
Horrible, HORRIBLE facility!! Dirty room; dresser top, sink, floor, etc. Had "residents" on the back side of the motel where we were. Told front desk about all and nothing. I wouldn't let a dead rat in a bag stay there. I can promise you that we will NOT be staying THERE again or any facility within the chain.
This is a real home, a place that makes one feel at home. Extremelly well arranged, comfortable, cosy and convenient. We loved the ambiance, all the amenities and the possibility to profit from the garden sitting area. Extremelly well positionned for visiting kennedy space center and cocoa beach, shoping center, petrol station and post office near by. Close to nice little town with good resto options. Great osts who react swiftly and provide lots of useful tips.
The Receptionist was not helpful. When we asked about attractions nearby and about visiting Kennedy Space Centre, she did not seem to know anything about these. We also asked about where to eat nearby and she did not help. Another guest who had overheard us suggested some places. The hotel was really out of the way. The room was ok but I would not have want to stay any longer. There was coffee available in the reception area though.
extremely good value. Was pleasantly surprised at how very clean it was. This hotel is older, but very well maintained. Clean pressed sheets, new bedspreads, large TV, and comfy mattresses. Bathroom has adorable old school type tile and newer modern toilet and sink vanity. shower opening isn’t large, but the shower is huge with ample hot water. Our room is cleaner and better maintained than our last stay at a Marriott property.
Friendly staff. However they neglected to mention that there was a shuttle available for transportation to the cruise port,
This is critical since a shuttle is way cheaper than a taxi. Also as I found out in Cocoa, not all Cocoa taxis are allowed to take passengers to Port Canaveral.
I sent away from the hotel the hotel when I came to check in we were so tired that my husband myself and our two children 1 and 5 yr all slept in our car for the the rest of the night and no compensation was offered for this. For this I am extremely unhappy
My booking was not able to be found in the system at the hotel. Staff were not accommodating even though i had a confirmation number. Waited over an hour for situation to be handled. Staff told is there was no point in calling booking.com.
We travel to Cocoa for business and we have stayed at the Campbell Motel several times in the past. It's an older motel but there is nothing wrong with the rooms or Customer Service and we will be staying there again.
Didn't Its the Junkey hotel. Not just the place but the people. I think the only people that were sober were the people at the front desk and that could be questionable depending on who is there
Very good price regarding the place in Orlando (airport, parks…)
Even if the hotel is not new, the confort, cleansing and équipements are quite ok (except water leak in bathroom)
There was no breakfast when we went if I remembered correctly. It’s right down the road from my dads apartment so it’s the go to hotel for me. It’s always a great.
The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable. It was good value for money and I was very happy that we chose this hotel it was perfect for us that night.
