My husband has a disability and at check in I asked for a room closest to the lobby….my request could not be fulfilled. Had to take 2 elevators to get to our room,,,lugging heavy luggage, no bell man to help. It was a very stressful time for us, we will not be staying here in the future. Sorry Double tree we loved staying her in the past.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The staff were super friendly. There’s a 24 hour check in and airport shuttle bus. For the price I thought it was very good value.
