The supervisor Ivan was very helpful when we enquired about reducing our stay to one night instead of two. He was able to help us to achieve what we wanted to achieve.

Great location outside Tropic close to Bryce Canyon with terrific views. Spotless apartment clearly lovingly looked after by the owners who live on the floor above the apartment. Well provided with all needed to cook with lots of extras provided. And was special to see the house through our binoculars from Bryce Point in the National Park.
Rooms are good and clean. Spacious parking space. But no Washing machines, no Hot water was coming on this day when we stayed. The hotel was professional enough to monetarily compensate us for the inconvenience caused due to no hot water. I appreciate this gesture.

We toured all five Utah's parks over two trips this past summer and fall. Zion is our favorite but Bryce is a close second. Both have awesome scenery, one looking up and one looking down. We are "geriatric" hikers, found both the Bryce zig-zag trail to the bottom and back up, and the Zion trail to Angel's landing, reasonably well maintained and challenging. We were on a schedule so basically had one day (after an early morning run from St. George) to take in the marvelous views and do our hike before checking in to Ruby's Inn. Convenient, reasonable, and memorable, a find for two seniors on a budget.

This is one of the most beautiful areas.
This is one of the most beautiful areas. The hotel was clean, and pleasent. We had the biggest continental breakfast ever in a very nice barn.
There was inside pool and hot tub but we didn't have time to enjoy we spent most of our time in the national park.

The room and facilities were NOTHING like the photos.
The room and facilities were NOTHING like the photos. The bathroom loo seat was broken, the room itself was tiny with little room to walk about.
The quality of furnishings was poor.
The decor was tired to the point of being worn out. The room had clearly not been refurbished since the 1970s and was NOTHING like the photos which were clearly misleading.
The entire experience was poor. There was no option for breakfast and calling the restaurant a “restaurant” was a stretch. More like a cheap cafe.

Amazing!
Amazing! I've always wanted to see Bryce and it doesn't disappoint. The views are incredible. Took a trail ride to the bottom on the canyon and the guide was very knowledgeable of the area and made the ride fun.

It was beautiful wish I could have stayed longer.
It was beautiful wish I could have stayed longer. Hotel was great right outside the entrance of the park. Trails are moderate and family friendly, must be prepared for the hikes, proper shoes and water. Sun screen also.
The location is 5 minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park....cant beat that! Also only 13 miles from Hwy 89, which is the pipeline to I-70...also excellent. Many resources are nearby (gas, and mechanic, restaurants). Clean and well stocked room. The property was quiet, which was a pleasant surprise, as the Ebenezer's Bar and Grill was across the parking lot. Yet, the show was done by 9, so a good night's sleep was achieved.
The location is very convenient for visiting the Bryce National Park.
The hotel main building is very nice, with an impressive hall. Our room was in another building, for the hotel is really large.
Bryce is a very small town, so the hotel is very convenient to nearby restaurants.
The breakfast is buffet-style, a little bit crowded but okay.
We paid a bit more money for location and close proximity to Bryce Canyon. It is so close to the Canyon! The hotel is so clean. We did not have breakfast, but that is a very good feature! Nice pool, but it was a little colder when we were there, so did not take advantage of the pool.
The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park, being only a few minutes away. The room was large & clean, with a decent sized TV, fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and overall the was a very quiet experience.
Room was clean and spacious. The rate was reasonable. Excellent location. The shuttles of Bryce Canyon National Park have stops nearby. The National Park is just 5-10 mins drive from here. The staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly.
The hotel is right outside Bryce Canyon and can hardly be more convenient.
It was very chearp as well.
Ruby's Inn is a couple of hundered yards away and you can eat well there.
The staff were quick to respond to an issue we had with the room.
I liked that the hotel was close to bryce canyon. They had a store, gift shop, and restaurant. But very over priced and the staff was not friendly, and took forever to get service in the restaurant.
the hotel was amazing. rooms were clean upon arrival, great space. beautiful views and extremely close to the entrance of Bryce Canyon. Breakfast was also great, buffet style. definitely recommend.
Very friendly staff at the reception and connected restaurant as well. Food in the restaurant was good and tasty. Place was clean and ideal for us for overnight stay before visiting Bryce Canyon.
Lovely hotel located in a perfect location for exploring nearby Bryce Canyon. Great for families. Lots of facilities, buffet breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
The hotel is very close to Bryce Canyon and there is a Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot. Hotel is very clean. Sea and coffee available in the lobby.
Good breakfast nearby. Good location for Bryce Canyon. We are very grateful to the young man at the desk who brought us much needed bandages and first aid.
