The air worked. The staff was mostly friendly. The decor was very western. I expected the hotel to be on land out in the forest.

The only good thing I can say about that hotel other than we managed to live through that entire night of complete nastiness was that the hot water in the shower was actually hot, and that we actually escaped that hole with our lives. THAT is the only good thing anyone can ever say about this place.

It's a small town, liked that there weren't too many people.
It's a small town, liked that there weren't too many people. No lace to deposit cash, roads are weird, and it gets way too hot in the summer. But it's beautiful scenery, quick travel, and very peaceful.

Good location and nice employees. It was dirty in our room.
Good location and nice employees. It was dirty in our room. And I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Hair in the shower and it wasn’t mine. It’s a nice hotel but won’t go back due to the room being dirty. Also had a dirty washcloth.

Love Broken Arrow and all the diverse options for activities, shopping, and eating. We have returned here for many years, and our children always loved it when they were younger. It’s like going home!

It happened to be less than a mile from the event I was attending this weekend, and when I only stay somewhere one night, I will sometimes opt to stay at a nicer motel. It IS a nice motel, just a little TOO big compared to motels for which I usually reserve a room. Oh yes, and very close to a shopping center.

I was visiting because I have family there, but the city is very clean and "new" all over. There are things to do as a family and also nightlife for adults nearby. The Rose District is a nice relaxing place to dine or have a few drinks with friends.

We were visiting my grandson who moved here last year.
We were visiting my grandson who moved here last year. I'm from a small town so I didn't like all the interstates and traffic. But the city itself was great. Everyone i met was friendly. We didn't get to visit much of the city due to the corona virus and trying to social distance as much as possible. We loved the resteraunt next to our hotel tho. Shiloh's. It was fantastic!! I wanted to visit the parks and other places but maybe next time. My grandson loves living in Broken Arrow so when we visit him again hopefully we can see more of the city.
Overall, this hotel was very nice. The staff we encountered were all very helpful and friendly, which is a huge part of making or breaking an experience in my mind. Our room seemed mostly clean outside of a couple of sticky spots on one of the counter spaces and some fingerprints on the bathroom mirror. The hotel is close to a highway but was very quiet so we had a great night of sleep! Breakfast service was great in the morning.
Room size was great, the pool was nice and cool and towels were available by the pool, full breakfast was amazing, belgian waffles several breakfast meats along with oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt egg and cheese omelets the staff was very pleasant and always smiling.Loved that we got good quality soap and shampoo and not the cheap stuff that most hotels supply, The room was very clean and had plenty of anemities in the room.
The location of this hotel was perfect. It only took 5-10 minutes to get anywhere that you may need to go. There was a dog park 10 minutes away. Target, coffee, and any fast food or sit down restaurant you could think of in the same range. The lounge/breakfast area was huge and very clean and modern. My room was clean and my bed was comfortable. I love how welcome I feel bringing my dog into La Quinta hotels.

I agreed to pay a certain price on price line. And when I got to the hotel, I was charged in additional $18. They said it was because priceline doesn't have their prices on their website. This is a breach of contract. The rooms are outdated and the air conditioning is terrible.
I thought the location was awesome, the town of Broken Arrow was super cute! The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were fab! I didn't find out until we left there was a fitness center, so this would definitely be a reason that I would come back!!!!
parking lot was well lit, the staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was really nice! Was a little disappointed in the breakfast. only because they didn’t have any meat for those that don’t like sausage gravy. The rest of my stay was absolutely wonderful!
It was close to all the places I needed to be at and there was even a grocery store right in front of the hotel. The room was clean when I got there and the bed made resting very comfortable throughout my busy weekend.
Very clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. This house worked well for two families traveling together as it had much more space than if we stayed in a hotel.
The Hotel was great, this is a great place to take a family for a staycation. My kids enjoyed the pool and we order food from the bar is was decent for bar food. The drinks were really good!
I liked the huge jacuzzi and the pool was awesome. My family loved how big the tv was how nice looking the hotel looked. Easy access to order food and receive it.
