A nice safe place to stay but the beds were a bit small as were the rooms. Upon leaving Aziz in Housekeeping thanked us for staying. I thought that was nice for a housekeeper to do. He seemed to be a very happy host and should be commended for his politeness.

I booked two rooms, as of right now I have 5 room charges that have gone through my account. If you are pay check to pay check, do not put this on your debit card because right now I have over $500 in charges on a $200 stay. I am hoping it will correct itself but I will have to wait a few days. If not, than I will have to call. Other than that, this is an okay stay. 2 or 3 star at the most.

Dirty.
Dirty. Hair everywhere, bugs everywhere, electrical issues, they don't accommodate to the booking for 3. Made a grown kid and 2 grown adults sleepnto one bed. The hotel is full of pimps , escorts and Tom's. It's full of druggie. NOT SAFE! The swimming pool was hafe way clean the ladder in pool is a safety hazard not connected to wall can cut off tows fingers hands. The shower pull rods for handles is sharp and will cut ya. The floors were never cleaned. The furniture falls and makes ya fall out when ya sit down. The breakfast was bread slices and nasty coffee. This is ran by Indians who don't care for their customers. This hotel needs safety and health department to come and condiem the hotel and ahit its doors for good. Bugs everywhere. I can go on with video and pics as proff

Close to Harry Truman's Library & House; employees very friendly & nice, good mattress/pillows, will be even better when surrounding construction is completed. The AC/heater needs a new filter or cleaning, or else maybe it's the construction nearby, which activated my allergies overnight, 2 nts.

This hotel has easy access from the interstate and the price was good and the room was ok. The staff isn't friendly, the hotel doesn't smell like it has been disinfected properly and you can hear the traffic on the interstate.

The location of the hotel was great.
The location of the hotel was great. All the staff was very nice and we felt very welcome. The grounds were clean and inviting. The hotel was clean and well appointed, comfortable, and well taken care of.
First off, I’ve always loved staying at Hampton Inns while on the road. This one looks completely redone on the interior. The room was spectacularly clean, the bed super comfortable and all of the amenities modern. We had been driving from Denver and on the road for ten hours. Feeling fully refreshed after our stay in this friendly and contemporary hotel and ready to continue down the road! Additionally, we had our 2 Yorkies with us at no charge.
Hotel like brand new. Employees very helpful and kind (in special Ken from the desk and Liz from the breakfast). Breakfast tasty and with good options. They had an advertisement in the elevator stating that they wanted to know about anything that would prevent the gests from giving them a 10. And as I witnessed they take it for real. We had an awesome stay there for a good price. Totally recomended, thank you so much!
The hotel was clean, and nicely decorated. We were able to check in a little early and use the hot tub. It was located right next to I-70 so we were easily able to get to our show downtown and back to stay the night. Starbucks coffee in the morning was a treat and breakfast was wonderful. The staff members were all very nice.
Clean facility. Staff was great and always friendly. Much better than another quality inn we stayed at previously. That one was 20 minutes from this one and a complete night and day experience. Will definitely be recommending this one to others needing to stay in the area.
Kirstyn greeted us at the front desk, she was amazing. She was very helpful for our multitude of questions and recommendations. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast choices were awesome, plenty of choices the staff in that area were very friendly as well.
We came from a horrible hotel (La Quinta on Taney st) and we booked last minute. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was professional, personable and very helpful. They saved our trip to Kansas City and I would stay with them again
I didn’t stay waste of money not nice hotel heard gunshots upon arrival it was late at night when I got off of work I turned around and drove halfway home to my sister‘s house and stayed there.
Location to Cable Dahmer Arena and everything about the hotel was great. Breakfast was great, bar was great, staff was informative, room clean, easy check in and check out! Very satisfied!
The hotel is nice for the price you pay! I would recommend it if you’re looking for a quick place to relax for a night and don’t need the extra amenities.
