The service was outstanding. When I ordered in room dining, the food was delivered very promptly- more promptly than any other hotel. The food was delicious. We ate with my family twice at the Rugby Grill and the food and service there was excellent as well.
The room was spacious and nice. The mini bar was restocked fairly promptly. The bathroom and shower were also spacious.

They were all friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough about the concierge Henry, he went above and beyond for our family, he is a wonderful man a great asset to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The service is impeccable, they cater to your every need. The communication with the host great and he was very helpful in answering my questions. The house was cute and stylish and offered a comfortable place to sleep with three private bedrooms. We really liked the clean fresh towels in each room and the bathroom was large and very clean!
