Fireside Inn, Ocean's Edge, hotel in Belfast

Located in the heart of Midcoast Maine, where every room overlooks Penobscot Bay.

We loved the view from our room and the pool and hot tub are so refreshing and also have such great views from the windows around the pool the water temperature was just right. And also the lobby staff giftshop and little socialization area with fireplace big screen tv. And continental style food options are a nice option since there are no restaurants in the hotel. We wish there was a restaurant and a shuttle service to downtown from the hotel.and back. So people could relax and not worry about driving while on vacation. Still the staff and guests were very joyful and kind. And our accusations were comfortable and relaxing with awesome views! I will recommend priceline and fireside inn and suites to all my family and friends!

Yardarm Motel, hotel in Belfast

Located within 1.7 km of Mosman Park Beach and 16 km of Fort Knox State Historic Site, Yardarm Motel provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Searsport.

Cute, cozy, very clean room. It’s nice having a heater in there, windows that open if you like, shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower, full hand soap dispenser, a dryer, Roku, ability to stream and sign into your own Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts, an adequate desk space, and mini fridge and microwave Wi-Fi a desk light AND, awesome shower water pressure! It’s nice to have contactless registration and a code for your door lock and to be able to park right in front of your room isn’t nice bonus. I interacted with one of the owners, Rick, who was very good at communicating, and following up and friendly. They offer some breakfast fare & coffee etc., too. I would definitely recommend.

The Inn at Ocean's Edge, hotel in Belfast

The room was ginormous! We had a twin and it had a jacuzzi in the lounge area with the TV and fire. Bathroom was bigger than my kitchen! Beds were comfy, it was peaceful and the grounds were well kept. Breakfast was very good and staffing wise Dave was very helpful including helping my friend get extra blankets in the middle of the night.

Great town. We especially liked the area by the harbor. It was very walkable. We had beers at Marshall Wharf Brewing Company. We had meals at Harborwalk and Delvino’s. We also had brunch at the Hoot down the road. We took an afternoon sail from the harbor aboard a schooner. We loved the Purple Baboon for gifts.

If you like lobster, my favorite lobster pound in Maine is Young’s in Belfast. You can bring your own drinks and side dishes. There’s a wonderful bakery breakfast place called Crumbs and another vegetarian option called Chase’s Daily. Neither are open seven days so be sure to check the schedule. Darby’s is good pub food. Delvinos has delicious Italian.

Excellent Maine coastal town with all the genuine feel and flavor you would expect. Good number of fine restaurants and pubs where you can enjoy fresh, local seafood to the "nines"! A lot of good stores, and park facilities, as well as excellent access to boating related activities! Very good "hub" for touring this part of Maine!

    Great location.

Great location. We were facing the street but there was no road noise whatsoever. We also had an end room which was very convenient. Breakfast was outstanding, well organized and well stocked. Jacuzzi was wonderful. Had the whole area to ourselves. Close to restaurants. Out of 5 hotels we stayed at during our trip, including an expensive B&B, this was by far the best! We didn't have any complaints at all. We would definitely stay there again.

The Belfast Harbor Inn was great, the reception area is very contemporary with friendly and helpful reception staff. The rooms were a good size; large and quiet with a view over the water from the terrace. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were pleasant also with nice views as well as being very quiet. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed and doing takeaway / pre-ordered breakfasts which we ended up having on our room terrace but it was perfectly satisfactory.

Excellent place to stay. Very friendly and courteous. Everything has been remodeled and upgraded. Rooms are super nice and very comfortable. I travel a lot, and this is one of best motels I’ve ever stayed in. Only minutes away from downtown restaurants and local shopping. Great place to stay if you are visiting for work and/or pleasure. I definitely recommend this motel for all that are looking for a real nice local place to stay in Belfast.

The location was very good, near to downtown Belfast. The place was clean and that’s very important. The rooms were small. The pool was very nice and the hot tub is excellent. Plenty of ice in zip lock bags. Wine openers in room. Central microwave near the office and table and chairs to eat in a covered space. Fridge in room. The owner is super nice and I would stay there again but for a night or two.

The breakfast was amazing. Mini quiche and fresh baked pastries. It’s was well above what we had seen in our multiple stays heading up the coast. They had an indoor and outdoor pool with a hot tub that we took full advantage of. Also we had it all to ourselves. The hotel was beautiful like it had just had a major renovation. It still smelled like new carpet.

Great pitstop hotel, in a lovely little town in Maine. We didn't get to spend much time at the hotel but the view from our room was gorgeous overlooking Belfast Bay. Nice and comfortable room, nice continental breakfast provided too. We were able to use the communal washer and dryer too, which was excellent.

Don't judge this book by its cover! It does not look like much from the outside. However, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Also, it is a short walk to the awesome pedestrian bridge that brings you to downtown Belfast. I was very happy with my stay.
