We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a great location, with plenty of cafes, a mosque, and the central square nearby. There are also minibuses stopping nearby, and it's only a 10-minute ride to the main shopping center, Forum. The staff are friendly, fluent in English, and very accommodating. Our room was cleaned, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.

I stayed 2 nights at Aksular and really liked the experience: a convenient hotel with clean rooms and exceptionally helpful staff. I arrived at 9AM and was provided a room within 10 minutes. The reception team were always very helpful whether it came to ordering a taxi, helping with currency exchange or maneuvering through a language barrier. The buffet breakfast was rather extensive with several regional and traditional Turkish items. Everyhing was fresh & tasty. I really wanted Turkish Sucuk with Eggs (Suçuk Yumurta), but I was disheartened to find it absent from the buffet. It was Ramadan, so some ingredients were hard to find, as I was explained later. However, the thoughtful chef went above and beyond, sourcing the missing ingredient and swiftly whipping up the dish I longed for + treated me with a local dish.

I stay here every time as visit Trabzon. Every time the hotel is better than the previous one because of renovation. The location is very good, close to Maiden Square. A lot of cafes, shops, and other facilities.

I loved the place! The sea view from the balcony was magnificent. The staff were super nice, helpful and very well behaved. They were very welcoming and quick for any request you have. They also helped me to rent a car and showed me some amazing tourist sites to visit. Last but not least, they make a great Nargila! I just loved my experience there.

There was one very friendly young Turkish boy who greeted us and helped us with our luggage (I felt bad as he carried it up and down the hill, i was really worried about his back). He was so sweet and helpful. He really made us feel welcome.
