On our way to Cappadocia we chose to sleep one night in this nice hotel in Bolu. I was impressed as it was not smelling, as in the majority of hotels in Turkey, of cigarettes when you first step in. We could park in front of the hotel and the hotel is near the city center so we could also visit a little bit.The room was clean,the bed very comfortable and the furniture was new. The breakfast was good and fair for the price we paid.

Spacious. This room, or i would say apartment (?) have three rooms, one master bedroom and two other rooms that fit 5 adults. One of the rooms has a baby coat! The master bedroom has a portable fan, and i kinda wish there was at least a ceiling/stand fan in each room. Because it can get stuffy... Tho yes it's cold even in summer. There is a lift! A big plus point! I arrived around 11PM and the owner came, I love that i can pay with a card! So anyway please tell them your ETA as they'll come by (no reception there) from another hotel nearby i think (their property too). Good WiFi connection! Overall, a decent place to stay for an overnight stay.

The thermal water pools wich are separated into 2 locations for women and 2 locations for men. Specifficaly we were accommodated at the SAROT THERMAL PALACE because the Sarot Park where we had the reservation was closed and we were sent to the SAROT THERMAL PALACE. The apartament is very spacious with a beautiful view , fresh air and quiet. The staff is very kind even if they dont speak english we didnt have any problems to understand each other.

The location is perfect, the staff is really helpful and professional, i'm traveling by motorcycle from Italy and the staff let me park in front of the hotel, also there is ALWAYS staff at the reception; which was good for asking informations and i didn't have to worry about my motorcycle being stolen. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase at the reception.

The communication with the property owners was smooth via email, and the owner's son speaks very good English while the dad recommends and finds things out for you. We didn't try the breakfast there but Bolu has lots to offer in terms of restaurants - try the local manti. There are also great hamams (Turkish baths) for men and women separately, cheaper than in Istanbul. We travelled from Göreme to Bolu by night bus and we were very lucky to be allowed to stay in our room before the official check in time - the owners pride themselves in being a family business, safe, flexible and comfortable - and it's true. The room was very spacious, had very good central heating, and it contained everything we needed. Thank you for service and kindness!
