Elaia is a sweet little property right in the heart of Pergamon old town. Vedat is a kind and hospitable owner who makes fantastic breakfasts and goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Would strongly recommend staying here when visiting Bergama.

The breakfast was excellent. Variety of ingredients typical for Turkish cuisine. The yard was beautiful with plenty of flowers and it was nice to have a rest with a cup of coffee on the tables there.

This stone-built hotel offers panoramic views of Bergama and the Acropolis. The guest rooms are decorated in Anatolian and Mediterranean themes, and named after Greek mythological gods and goddesses.

Bergama is one of the Stops that I did for the Bike tour in Izmir. Pergamum Acropolis is the main highlight of the area and worth the visit.
The town is quite quaint and was a refreshing change from the city where I came from.
I was travelling on a bike - so getting around town is quite easy enough, walking through town was also pleasant.
Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes - as the city is on cobbles and quite hilly.
Across from the Bergama Museum - there is a nice outdoor Beer Garden where one can have some kebabs and beer.

It is a must seen site.
It is a must seen site. Both Akropol and Asklepion are one of the best in ancient history.
Lovely landscape and rich history. Please do not expect night life here. Todays Bergama town might be a little difficult to drive around, cause it has narrow, one way streets like in Spain, but GPS works really well. It is safe for solo travelers too.
Great place. Staff, restaurant, pool, breakfast - all amazing. The room was outdated but exactly as shown on the photos so no surprises.
Location really good for visits to the Pergamon ancient city. Don’t get fooled by signs telling you the walk back down to the hotel from the Pergamon is 6 hrs. It is not and well worth the effort.
We didn’t get out of the hotel much bc we really enjoyed it there but it seems Bergama itself has some rather nice spots.
This is a hotel in a small village in the hills. It is a 30 minute drive either to Bergama or to the beach.
The rooms are basically just standalone stone buildings. The owners are a charming family that do everything they can for you to feel amazing! It is quiet and comfortable (aside from the Mosque that may wake you up early in the morning).
The breakfast and the dinner in the evening (included!) are delicious and tasty!
The property was full of character and very pretty and homely. Bathroom was excellent and all rooms have a view. The area was not touristy, which I enjoyed and was close to the entrance to the Acropolis. The host was very helpful, gave great suggestions and provided fantastic breakfasts! There is a very good restaurant close by with expansive views across Bergama and delicious food. Enjoyed my stay immensely.
We spent nights at Attos Suites while we visited Bergama. It was a quiet and peaceful haven. The garden was a lovely place to chill out and relax. The rooms and the public areas were tastefully decorated and spacious. There are several very nice cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The cable car station was only a 5 to 8-minute walk away. A perfect place to be based from to explore the area.
The Hera Hotel is in the old town, within walking distance of the ancient ruins of Bergama. The owners rehabilitated the traditional Turkish house into a beautiful small hotel, keeping the spirit of the house intact. We had a warm welcome and a delicious breakfast. There is also private parking. Do not miss staying here!
Beautiful hotel from an 1881 converted seminary. The rooms are comfortable and clean in the historic setting. The location is great to both visit Pergamon and walk into the city for dinner. We did not stay for breakfast, however the hotel was kind enough to make us tea before we departed early in the morning.
For a stay in Bergama, this place can't be beat. It's small and family-run, and it's remarkably well-kept. The decor in the rooms was lovely, and the breakfast in the morning was top-notch. If I ever find myself traveling between Istanbul and Izmir, I will definitely book this place!
I have to start with the price, because this was unbelievably inexpensive. The hotel is not in a great location for restaurants or nightlife, but the cost makes up for that. The room was fine, with the bathroom a little tighter than I would like. Overall, a pleasant place to stay
The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, which was diversified and tasty. I especially appreciated the individually-controlled AC. The reception staff was kind. The pool looked inviting, but we did not try it. The hotel grounds were quiet and we were able to rest.
An absolutely charming, boutique hotel high above the city center. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Delicious breakfast. High praise goes to the mother and son who run the establishment. They looked after us splendidly!
We only stayed one night, but the experience was good. The hotel has just a few rooms, it is cozy and has a character. It feels very relaxed and a very personable owner just adds to the feeling.
Located in a beautifully restored old building in the old Town of Bergama. Rooms had a vintage touch. Only a few minutes by car to the red basilica and to Pergamon site. Breakfast was good.
The place is very centrally located and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond with helping us get a parking spot right at the front of the hotel.
