We loved the beautiful views from the ocean, the room, the private pool. The bed where comfy. If you choose a villa with pool you will definitely get a lot for your money. The villa was big, and we had sea view from every window. You could even see it from the bed.
The pool was great temperature so you could cool down. It was definitely a romantic place, and we loved it as a couple!
The room and views looks the same like the pictures.
The ladies did a great job cleaning the room and making sure we had water, toiletpaper and fresh towels every day.
We dont understand the bad reviews about the steep climb. While it is a couple of stairs its not a problem at all if your in normal shape. Its just 3 minutes walk to the beach, from the room.

Amazing place, I ended up staying for 3 weeks because I enjoyed it so much. Spacious, modern, clean, even with kitchen. Surrounded by green and just a few minutes to the very nice Salad Beach. They regularly cleaned my house and helped with everything immediately. Staff was super friendly. The area is nice and quiet, I liked not to be in the middle of all the tourist stuff, which is still easy to reach by scooter.
Located along Haad Salad Beach of Koh Phangan, Salad Hut offers cosy guest rooms just a few steps to the beach with an infinity beachfront swimming pool and a restaurant.

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Neil for making us feel so welcome during our stay. The rooms were clean and so comfortable. The air conditioning and fan kept us cool. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. The outdoor area of the room was very relaxing with a hammock and outdoor bed. The views from the rooms are incredible. Free use of kayaks and paddle boards were also a nice touch. Good selection of food and drinks.

Lovely clean powdered sand beach.
Lovely clean powdered sand beach. Several dining and refreshment options along the beach. The sea is clear and there's a reef off shore - snorkelling is excellent. That said it's worth getting some water / beach shoes when entering the sea - there's is rocks and coral but there's also section of pure soft sand. Magnificent sunsets facing the west with views to Koh Samui and Koh Tao

After having to pay more for our accommodation because the room wasn’t suitable, we ended up paying a lot more than we thought the accommodation was worth. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable but the staff and cleanliness made up for it.

The Hotel was very badly maintained all around.
The Hotel was very badly maintained all around. The Rooms (our 3 bedroom Villa) was nice inside, but outside the surrounding had a lot of maintenance items missing. There was no service at the pool. the restaurant only really did service on there patio, So you felt that you were on your own. But the good side was that there was plenty of sunbeds to use, maybe because nobody really wanted to hang around inside the hotel. The beach was fantastic, but although the restaurant was just next to it, there was no options for service from the hotel on the beach either. No dining with your feet in the sand, which was possible at other hotel further down the beach. Sorry to say, but Salad Buri is way to expensive for the service and standard being supplied.

The stuff was super unprofesional.
The stuff was super unprofesional. Solving of prroblems was really bad. Room service forgot to lock our room so it was half day unlocked. We had broken ac for one day. Teo nights there was some annoying neighbours which was drunk playing loud music and nobody dont care about it. Also the resort by itself was old and there was a lot of broken things. Restaurant was really not good…we was in most expensive villa but our stay was awful. There is plenty better hotels on this beach.

Basic comfortable aircon room with large balcony with hammock right on beach. Perfect to relax in quiet with many restaurants nearby. You need a motorbike or car to be able to access many beautiful places on koh phangan. Staff at Haad Salad Villa were excellent and very attentive. I recommend this villa if to rewind reset yourself.

Beautiful beach with crystal clear water and soft sand.
Beautiful beach with crystal clear water and soft sand. Perfect for kids and families as well as couples and solo travellers like myself. This is not a party beach though so bare that in mind if that's what you're after.
This place has a lot of potential. The accommodation is nice, good layout, comfortable. The pool on the deck was clean and a refreshing temperature. The staff were super helpful, the restaurant had amazing food. It is, however, missing a few things… a garbage in the kitchen, dish cloths and tea towels, enough outside seating and it needs more places to hang wet towels and clothing. If these simple details were attended to, it would be easy to give this place a 5/5.
This is the loveliest little resort in the best beach in Koh Phangan. Idyllic location, world class snorkeling ten feet in front of the cabins, and a perfect pool area and beach lounging area. It couldn’t have been better. We changed to a different hotel after 3 nights but wished we had stayed at green papaya the whole time! Lots of small kids staying here, which we didn’t mind at all (but would be hard if you didn’t want kids around).
Wonderful location and grounds. The bungalows are rustic but fully equipped with power and good AC, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with arrival and arranging a taxi upon departure. Haad Salad Beach is perfect, clear water, great snorkeling, and hardly any people we felt like we had it almost to ourselves. Overall a great stay. I would stay here again if we ever come back to Koh Phangan
The resort is like hidden jewel directly at the beach. The rooms are very tidy and the garden way constantly cleaned and maintained. Scooter rental, mini supermarket and other villages and beaches nearby. There many restaurants at the beach and also great Thai massages. The staff were outstanding. Friendly, kind and helpful.
Breakfast was served at the terrace of the bungalows which to me was very convenient.
The hotel is next to an amazing beach with lots of soft sand and you can walk far out. The pool area is also very nice - so we always had something to do. There is also a good massage available at the hotel. The restaurant and the bar services good food and drinks. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They provide help with (one-way) transportation and advice on where to go on Koh Phangan
The staff are so friendly and helpful, such sweethearts. The room was clean and comfortable, great to have a fridge. Great wifi. The free breakfast in the morning was a bonus. Resort is a short stroll to the beach, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. They organised a taxi back to the pier at the end of my stay for a very reasonable price.
everything in the villa is so nice & the staff is really nice and will do anything for you. You can rent scooters from resort services and easily drive around the island. You can also get free shuttle to the Salad beach every day. Some restaurants and bars offer delivery directly to your villa, you just add them on Whatsapp and order food.
we had an amazing stay in Salad Hut, the location is great : the beach is wonderful, the vibe in the resort and the staff are unforgettable :) a special thanks to Paula - she has always helped us and suggested places to visit - all the staff made us feel like home. the food - exceptional. looking forward to our next trip here
The resort is located at the beautiful Haad salad beach. The water is crystal clear, the beach is clean and the sand white. This is a perfect spot for sunsets. There are many restaurants near by.
The rooms itself are clean, spacious and comfortable.
The staff is nice and helpful.
Beach is really nice, warm water, no waves, some shades near the restaurant and they don't charge it. The hotel is distant from the pier, but it was better to stay in a calmer place by the beach. The staff is nice, they helped us with info and to schedule a taxi/tour.
Perfect location for people who want to spend a calm and relaxing time. Hotel is right next to one of the most beautiful and peaceful beach on Koh Phangan. Big and cosy room with fantastic terrace where you can have a nice evening. Helpful personel.
Amazing Villa with the best view on the island. We went to many view points across Koh Phangan but did not find anything that is comparable. It is simply stunning! Everything is clean, beds are comfortable and the pool is amazing, too.
I had a great villa with its own pool just walking distance from the beautiful beach.
The villas are located in a calm area where you can enjoy the vacation.
Service was great and staff are attentive
Great view over Haad Salad with beautiful infinity pool!
Very spacious for a family stay and private. Food in Tomorrow restaurant (part of resort) is very good!
Salad beach is a nice beach. Crystal day restaurant has very good Thai food. Breakfast was okay, eggs made to order. Reef far from shore, bed was good.
