Very friendly & welcoming staff, they helped us carry our luggage to our apartment and were very friendly from the start. Offered transportation to the full moon party and to our next ferry (extra cost but worth it as there were not many options of transportation in the area) Air con worked really well, the apartment was stunning and very clean. Perfect beach location, pool and easy access to the beach. Sunset was amazing at night. Food was incredible, restaurant standard and everything was freshly made, including cocktails and drinks. A hidden gem!

It had a room available. If Rung was on reception then I could communicate with staff. Rung was friendly & eager to be of service. There was instant cofffee & free packets of snacks provided in the room. It’s almost next to Tom’s kitchen which is a very good eatery.

I really enjoyed Wat Khao Tham and Apichada view point where I can visit by walk.
There are lots of tasty local food with reasonable price. Especially I liked MAMA local restaurant.
Also, I liked carrot cake from Croissant & Ko. They have lots of cakes and pastry it was difficult to chose!!!
You can see the sunset from the beach.

This side of the island is considered the most alive as it is close to the pier and there are a lot of bars, street markets and super markets. I would recommend it as a convenient option for accomodation.

I had to go to renew my visa so needed to be close to the pier. Baan TAi is good if you want to be close to Thongsala & cheap food & things happening & Secret Garden is a lovely quiet place. However Baan Tai is very noisy and busy if you want real tranquillity go elsewhere.

Baan Tai is convenient for those who want to party and get to Haad Rin, Jungle parties and the floating pier parties easily. However, if you are looking for a bit more quiet, but still within easy reach of some dancing, I would recommend the west side of the island. Srithanu and Zen beach, especially if you are travelling on your own. Much friendlier. :)

Quite a small area but with great beaches and loads of choice for restaurants and bars. A good location for the moon parties and pre parties, and lots of places nearby to buy tickets. Many places to see further around the island but you would need to hire a moped or book a tour.

Ban Tai is the place to be in Koh Phangan.
Ban Tai is the place to be in Koh Phangan. Haad Rin might be too crazy for some given the Full Moon Party Atmosphere. Anything North of Thong Sala might be too secluded to some. Ban Tai is the perfect center
We really enjoyed our stay at SeaEsta beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is right on the beach and very quiet and relaxing. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. It is a 10 minute walk to the road where there are restaurants and shops. It does say that they only accept cash as payment, however they kindly allowed me to do a revolut transfer as payment. Would definitely recommend SeaEsta Beach for a quiet, relaxing stay in Koh Phangan
We had the beach front villa, which was amazing. We woke up to the sea / sand right in front of us, exactly how the picture shows. The beach is private, and the hotel provides beds which was great. The breakfast and food offered is good and of reasonable prices. In terms of location, it is quite secluded, which is ideal if you want that type of stay. It is about a 10 minute walk to a supermarket and shops/restaurants.
Waking up and walking straight onto the beach was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and the food and cocktails were great. We found this hotel to be a great base to explore the island and really enjoyed all of the nature aspects, you really feel fully immersed and ready to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable and we would definitely recommend this property.
The pool and beach view, with one of the best sunsets from the pool and roof top area, you don't have to leave the hotel for a sunset.. the TV in the room was very good. Wide screen and had Netflix and Prime. Overall, good hotel and large rooms. Loved that they let us change our dates and offered refund in cash for the one night's.that we had to miss.
Location is good if you have a scooter, there is a beach closeby but we didn't go. facilities are good and there is also a pool. We were looking for a base to which discover the island and was perfect.
You can rent a scooter in the hotel without leaving passport or 5.000$ like people ask in the port, you just leave the passport to the hotel,
Great location and great facilities, very clean and spacious, decorative details on the facades are a nice touch. The resort owner is committed to customer satisfaction and cares about the guests. The beach is very nice and offers a wonderful view during the sunset. Cafes and restaurants, as well as 7Eleven within walking distance.
The bungalows are very close to the beach, in fact the associated beach bar is directly at the waterfront! The owner was very nice and had great stories to tell, he‘s been doing this for decades now - he also does the best Long Island Ice Tea‘s I‘ve ever had! Will stay here again 100% when I am back on Koh Phangan.
The room we had was lovely!! a really modern looking beach bungalow compared to others we have stayed in in Thailand. Equipped with mini fridge and TV which also had Netflix on. The beach the hotel is on is also beautiful, lovely blue sea and the food the hotel offers is good. The PBR burger was our favourite.
Comfortable and spacious rooms.
Beachfront with a nice pool. The beach wasn’t the best for swimming, but the pool was great.
Easy to find shade and a lounger any time.
Pool table.
Sweet staff.
Nice sunsets.
Water bottle refill station and glass water bottles to minimize plastic use.
Hotel has a perfect location, it is close to grocery, beach, food court, restaurant and bars. Owners of the place are very welcoming. They helped us a lot with every problem that we had. Rooms are clean and have good facilities. It is also possible to rent a bike at the place.
Tae and his wife are just great, helpful and very friendly with a lot of advices of places to visit all over Koh Phangan. at the end of our stay they even drove us to the pier since our taxi was late.
The resort was as expected and great value for money.
Fantastic central location close to the parties offered on the island but the hotel is set back on a quiet street near the beach. The bungalow was nice and bright and we enjoyed the sun lounges and music by the pool.
Literally on the beach , location was a bit far for visiting the full moon party, fortunately the hotel got 5 people together and dropped us off. The young lad at reception very helpful and friendly.
It feels like it’s right in the middle of everything that’s happening in Koh Phangan. It’s great. The hotel itself is behind the cafe so it’s secluded from the road noise and what not.
