Lund was basically a college town, and very old college town. Lund University was established in 1666, one of the oldest and most prestigious Universities in Nordic Europe. Lund is a very cozy town, with three Systembolaget (only place we can buy wines). The headquarters building of the university was gorgeously beautiful. The Faculty of Sociology of Law (independent from the Faculty of Law) accpets ca. 400 students every year. One of the must-visit places is the Lunds Domkyrka (Cathedral), which was build in 1145. Every place is within walking distance from the Central Station. Lund is about 40 minute-train-ride from the Copenhagen Airport and 10 minute-ride from Malmo. Malmo is also one of the cozy town you must visit and enjoy (a little larger and more modernaized than Lund).

Lund is a pretty medieval city with a lot of history.

Lund is a pretty medieval city with a lot of history. I was inly there for less than a day, so bot a lot of detail, but: - the domkyrka is worth seeing (special mention of the crypt and the astronomical clock) - Kulturen is very well presented - it's a sgame i didn't gave time to see the outdoor part - the botanical garden is very nice - food-wise: I recommend Saluhallen and Broder Jakobs Bakery in Klostergatan, and I also enjoyed the salad i got from Waynes Coffee I would not recommend visiting Lund on a Sunday afternoon, though- a lot of interesting places will be closed. Lund is quite walkable and has good bike paths.

Nice cozy town to walk around, even in wintertime.

Nice cozy town to walk around, even in wintertime. In the spring, however, everything blooms, and it's even more charming. Visit Sankt Hans Backar for an overview of the city and don't miss the botanical gardens. When you get tired you can relax and enjoy Swedish fika in one of the many cafes or pastry shops.

I went to Lund to see my son who is at Lund uni on an exchange programme. The town was absolutely beautiful, and I enjoyed idle walking. Anyone who is planning to do a lot of sight-seeing activities, may find it boring. Lund is a place where one can just stroll around and have cup of tea and enjoy oneself.

The hotel is pretty new and everything is clean and new , good design room and comfortble bed as well. It's not right next to city but also get quiet night for good rest as well. There is pay parking lot behind the hotel and it's not really cheap because it's "parking lot" but it's convienet anyway. basic berakfast options.but there could be more option for example i didn't find regular toast. Offer tea/coffee in the lobby is awesome!

Excellent hotel in the centre of Lund. The room was very large and perfect for our stay. We had a small kitchen with all the necessary cutlery and appliances, which we very much appreciated as a family. Walking distance from all you need in terms of sightseeing, supermarkets, etc. The street the hotel is on is lively, however we could still sleep at night without problems. Excellent breakfast, the employees were also very friendly.

Great hotel for a relaxing stay. The spa was great, offering amenities like towels and slippers, with snacks and drinks as well via a service hatch. The hotel had a great lounge, with fireplaces, a pool table, great diverse food options for dinner and breakfast, beer on draft and very convenient public transport… and you can have a room with a private sauna which was excellent!

This hotel had a great location for a visit to Lund. It also had a cute flair, a bit different than a generic hotel. Even the rooms felt a bit more like you were staying at a private location. This was a nice surprise since I expected something with less character. The breakfast and breakfast room were nice. The staff super friendly and helpful too.

The location of the hotel was ideal. It is incredibly close to the train station and central Lund with plenty of shopping and restaurants. I was surprised by how spacious the room was, especially for what I paid. This was my first self-service experience and all of the information necessary to access the property was up-to-date and worked perfectly.

Very nice and quiet room in a comfortable villa. It is a family-styled small hotel with just a few rooms. Breakfast included with more than satisfactory selection of food, good location on a quiet street with good access to public transport and Lund Central station is less than 5 minutes walk. Value for money is pretty good.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was not included in my trip. But I really like their online checking system. It was easy and quick also. I just have a feeling due to covid situation I was expecting some sanitizer placed into the room. That was missing. I can highly recommend this hotel for pieceful stay.

It's a heritage hotel in central Lund, quite close to the cathedral which is probably the main attraction. It has a pleasing sense of history reflected in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent goose dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast was also very good.

Room and breakfast was as expected (good)! Also people were serving well! Somehow I felt there was not so much employees and when I ate in the 1st evening in the hotel, the dinner was in the bar and only one waiter and really short menu. Not as I expected.
