The location of the hotel was perfect for us as a family with 2 kids (8&5yo). In front of the gate exactly opposite the Rawda (green dome) so you could cross the mosque from the inside and u find urself on the other side to go give your salam to our Prophet sas or visit the Rawda charifa. Womens prayer halls are right across the corner as well. Many stores, the mall and Bin Dawood are next door. Also The tour bus to make ziyarat is across the street and would definitely recommend it.
The room was spacious and clean. We loved the vibes and style of the facilities and the interior perfume when you get in the Lobby is soo refreshing.
The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room service was also delicious but the portions were extra large so we recommend ordering one dish for 2. It's largely sufficient.

Honoured by Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi, one of the holiest mosques in Islam, Medina is the 2nd most important Islamic pilgrimage site after Mecca. Surrounded by hills that have seen hundreds of people seek refuge in its oasis, this city has developed a range of modern facilities to host the pilgrims from all over the world.
Formerly named Yathrib, the city is also known as Madīnat an-Nabiy or ‘Prophet’s City’, and it’s also known as Al-Madīnat(u) 'l-Munawwarah or ‘Radiant City’. The Prophet Muhammad came to the city in the 7th century, seeking refuge from his opponents. According to Muslim theology, the last chapters of the Quran were revealed to him here.
The site where the Prophet lived is now occupied by the Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi or ‘Prophet’s Mosque’. Although the mosque has changed and expanded over the years, the green dome is part of the original sanctuary.
Places like the Masjid Quba mosque, the Masjid Al-Qiblatain mosque and the Al-Baqi Cemetery also represent important holy sites in Medina.
Whether you arrive directly at Medina’s Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport or come from Mecca or Riyadh, check out the accommodation deals on Booking.com before travelling.

When your heart is deeply connected to a city like Madina,...
When your heart is deeply connected to a city like Madina, everything around becomes truly amazing. Our souls and hearts remain captivated by the beauty of Madina. The nearby food options around Masjid Nabwi may be average, but taking a stroll to explore different cuisines and savor authentic flavors is truly worth it. It's important to note that driving in Madina has become a bit challenging due to ongoing maintenance work. Unfortunately, Google Maps may not always provide accurate information about the blockages and detours. Nevertheless, the enchantment of Madina continues to captivate us, making every moment spent there truly special.

Wonderful city, peaceful relaxing, spiritual- full of history. Could easily spend a month here relaxing-
Easy transport , superfast trains available ( Harmain )to Jeddah and Mecca.
Lot of historical/religious sites to explore.
Everything was perfect. I have stayed in many hotels in Madinah but this one is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff members are very kind and helpful. The hotel and rooms were immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. The location is perfect. I booked a city view, but the receptionist Reema was very helpful and managed to get me upgraded to Haram View for free. The whole process from check in to check out was excellent. During covid outbreak I highly recommend this well sanitized hotel.
Once I arrived, the staff checked my "paid" reservation and took me to a manager. The manager told me that my stay was " promoted" to a different hotel that is closer to almasjid annabawi / alharam. They gave .e a receipt that transfers me to Al Aqreq Al Madina hotel. I went there ( 3 minutes walk towards Haram), and the check-in, stay, and buffet were great. While I didn't stay at Emaar Elite, the way they treated me was professional, and I am happy I stayed in Al Aqeeq hotel.
The receptionist Mr.Turki is way beyound with extra help. Excellent english and very rare Saudi male in this position with always smiling face. and happy to assist. All male receptionist are well trained than other hotels that I used to stay. Daily cleaning crew does good job and I forget the young Bangladeshi boy who is friendly and on time.. Good loction for ladies and money changer is at back of the hotel with good rate (Near the under pass bridge)
Hotel staff was great and very accommodating. Location is not far exactly 15 min walk to gate 316. If you have kids it may take slightly longer. The rooms and bathrooms were big and very clean. The elevators worked great and were quick. Lobby has a nice sitting area with sofas, massage chair, and vending machine. Breakfast was great. Buffet style with several different options and a comfortable seating area.
Dallah Taibah is a great hotel for families with exceptional customer service; staff professionalism is exceptional and unlike other similar hotels in Saudi Arabia. The hotel is situated close to women’s gate in Masjid Nabwi, making it a great choice for families. The hotel offers adjoining rooms (2 or even 3) within the same suite. I highly recommend the updated rooms w/ new furniture and facilities.
Shahad al madina has an excellent location. It is just a few yards from Masjid e Nabawi. There are two enterance doors on either side which makes it easy access for men and woman to Haram. It has the best buffet breakfast in town with a great view of the Masjid and courtyard. The Beds are super comfy and the junior suite is very comfortable. I always stay here and highly recommend this hotel.
-Hotel is new and very good
-Room was very big and bed was extremely comfortable
-Room,bed and everything was very clean
-Staff at reception is very helpful
-Definitely value for money
I have stayed in many hotels in Madinah but Zaha Al Monawara is the best one which I stayed . It is definitely value for money and This hotel will be my only choice in Madinah .
Thank you for everything
The location and staff, this is not our first time to stay at Anwar Al Madina Movenpick, we always stay there when we visit Madina
we used to like how clean it was and their Haram view from the room was top of all and their amazing staff
This time despite our room had no meals in its rate, they gave us access to the executive lounge for Suhour snacks and coffee
The reception staff were very professional, helpful and cheerful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It’s 5 min walk from entrance 25 closest to the ladies gates 24 to 29. The breakfast was very good with lots of variation and options that met the taste of all ages, i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Al Madinah.
Overall it was a nice experience ,new hotel staff are very helpful, walking distance of 10min walk but not recommend to walk during summer better to get a taxi or Uber for 15 to 20 Saudi Ryal, free underground free parking everything was perfect except breakfast was very average.
I did booking in this hotel and they upgraded to Grand Plaza Al Madina hotel, Grand plaza staff is very much cooperative front desk staff Samirah Alyazidi is very much helpful during my stay, she is very competent and good in English communication
It's one of the best hotel in the surrounding of Masjid Nabwi.
I have been to many hotels around, but if I have to advise, then this is by far the top hotel in Madinah, considering the cleanliness, service, and proximity to the ladies gate.
The LOCATION is awesome, room size is a little bit small but adjusted, I had with my family with 4 members, overall we satisfied and good return from the money.
I advised, must stay in Movenpick Anwar al Madinah Hotel.
This is good budget hotel located a few minutes drive from the Dar Al Madinah museum. For backpackers, pilgrims, young solo travelers, the price can be attractive. There are many local food restaurants nearby.
Location is walkable, beds were clean. Breakfast was good. They offer free Saudi coffee at the lobby. Free wifi is provided. There are small shops around the hotels.
No respect for Qibla as Bed facing towards Qibla which is against the principal and rules and regulation of Saudi Arabia, Every hotel should respect The Qibla.
Excellent service and one of the best hotels I stayed in Madinah. Thanks to Mr Yazeed and Ms. Hiba for making our stay comfortable and for your cooperation.
