This is very sad. I have stayed in the past with this property and with my family and we enjoyed it very much. But it seems like now things have changed since I’ve last been here about five years ago. When we went to our room, we turned the AC on and saw that it was not lowering any more than 24 Celsius, when we went to go talk with the front desk lady, she said yes because we didn’t turn on the air conditioner and no we will not turn it on because it is not too hot outside even though we felt pretty hot in the room when I asked what we can do about that she said there’s nothing we can do so we decided to leave due to the inconvenience. When they heard that we wanted to leave, they offered us a $10 discount off of the room since the air conditioner “could not be solved until tomorrow”, or right after we left, since we were only stay one day. Unfortunately, the staff did nothing to help and seemed like they did not care. I will make sure I will not be staying here in the future.
