so efficient and accommodating.
The hotel staff were very helpful and always very pleasant.
I liked the central courtyard and the air conditioned room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

The location is perfect for those who come to the University of Minho. Very clean. The bed is very nice and big. Pillows and a blanket are puffy and soft. The matresses need a top matress because you can feel the metal carcass while sleeping. The breakfast needs veggies and more fruit for vegans. Fresh water is always available for free.There is a small fridge in the room. The staff are very nice and helpful.
