Location is excellent: view of Portimao, the sea, the Algarve Autodrome and the estrada de Foia. Which is the route for the 2nd stage of the Volta ao Algarve cycle race, and there are a constant stream of cyclists throughout the year.
There are two nice restaurantes within 100 metres, Both have terraces with the same view. The Paraiso [closed Thursdays] has a log fire in winter and has fresh fruit for desert - if you ask.
Fantastic area for butterflies - eg a swallowtail flew over the patio!
Excellent area for night sky - clear view of the Milky Way.

Beautiful spot, big room, comfy bed, big balcony, super view, so quiet except for the sound of birds, good communication, they made a dinner reservation for us which was helpful, and yoga on the deck in the morning sun with those views and the birdsong was incredible. But, Angie, I told you you've ruined yoga classes in a sweaty gym room for me forever now! 😀

Very nice facility. Rooms are very comfortable and high quality. The location has an unparalleled view all the way to the ocean and everything works really nicely. There are plenty of spaces to read, meditate and chat. There is a natural swimming pool that looks very appealing but we stayed in March so we couldn’t use it.
