24 hour reception and great welcome when I arrived in the early hours of the morning. The night manager was very helpful when I realised I had forgotten my European charger adapter. Late checkout which was very welcome and a good breakfast included in the cost.

This is a large hotel with a welcoming outlook. The front office staff are helpful and friendly, but some have only limited English. At first glance , it is appealing, with 4 fast lifts to the 17 floors above. Rooms have been renovated to some extent.

Location bit out of town, cabs easy enough to get and a shuttle from the hotel
