Modern, clean and eco-friendly. The only missing thing was glass in the room so we could drink tap water/whatever. Extra points for the incentive for reducing use and change of towels. Breakfast is OK but apparently sold a part.

It is a beautiful, peaceful and wonderful property. The rooms are well equipped, gorgeous and clean. Carla and Bruno were amazing so attentive to your needs and they spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend for a couples retreat if you want perfect peace and quiet. The pool was absolutely delightful, temperature was just right. The views are amazing too.

Very nice stay at Hotel Bienestar Termas de Vizela. Professional and friendly staff, very good wifi, spacious rooms and access to the Vizela baths for guests of the hotel. There is also an easily accessible parking. The breakfast was quite good with portuguese products such as pasteis de nata. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back! Thank you
