When you have a car, it is a good choice of location as an alternative to Ponta Delgada which can be difficult to navigate in a car and gets booked up quickly.

Fantastic hotel. It had a very tropical/exotic location vibe. Everything is clean and well maintained. They thought about sustainability - there is a reusable glass bottle in the room, shampoo and soap are in dispensers on the bathroom wall. We really enjoyed our stay.
