Nice hotel with parking, reception service until 22 p.m, easy self check-in after. We were arriving late and and short notice, but communication with hotel service was quick and easy. Nice breakfast with salads, eggs prepared in different ways, variety of cheese, meet plates.

Friendly staff did what they could to help and coped with my awful Polish which is always nice. Dinner was tasty and piping hot.

Fabulous hotel, with beautiful views over the river, excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was modern with nicely fitted shower room. The pool and spa facilities were particularly impressive. All the staff there were very friendly, spoke good English and the service was excellent. We loved the food served there, especially pierogi! We have also enjoyed drinks overlooking the river. We were also able to hire bikes for a day and enjoyed a pleasant ride to Kazimierz. They have also prepared a lovely packed lunch for us on our last day as we had to leave early for the airport. Wonderful. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend the hotel without any hesitation.
