The hotel is actually an accommodation facility of a university. It is located 50 minutes from Wroclaw center in a very beautiful, picturesque park with a small castle and lake, with a small zoo with goats and alpacas. One can get there taking a tram and then a bus which is absolutely regular, even on holidays. The staff spoke only Polish but was very kind and helpful. The check-in was at 4 pm, a little inconvenient, but the staff did their best to welcome us an hour earlier. There was a supermarket on 10 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Location is excellent, in the island of church, just by the river thus easily to reach the center of the city by only crossing one bridge. Breakfast is also amazing, with the price of only 30 zl, you can have a big amount of breakfast with all the nutrition included, they have salty and sweet flavour to choose, and even provide take-away one (the one I didn't try), both are delicious, I have to mention. Staff are very helpful and nice as well, highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfectly fine. Following the instructions, we found parking and accommodation without any problems. Underground garages have wide paths, we had no problem with a large SUV.
From the garage by elevator to the apartment, door opening is by code. The room was absolutely flawless - perfectly clean, spacious, excellently equipped. Large bathroom, clean towels, large robes and toiletries.
The kitchen is well equipped - but we didn't need it. A small automatic Nespresso coffee machine, with coffee capsules, sugar, tea, coffee creamer in the fridge.
The bed is spacious, comfortable, clean sheets.
And to top it all off, in the house (pre-booked) SPA - sauna, fitness + jacuzzi.
The location of the house is excellent - a quiet place by the river. About 10 minutes walk to the center without any problems.
Excellent quality/price ratio - I recommend it.
