I gave it a 10 as for the price it is excellent. Yes I could mention details but non important when you are on that price point. I have stayed in not as good for twice the amount so yes for what you pay it is even an 11!!! Welcoming staff, breakfast for $5 is decent. The room and bathroom were clean. The size of the room was great.

Everything was perfect, this is an awesome property with a super helpful and with attention to detail staff. from the bike rides, to the marshmallow’s in the late afternoon, to the super-relaxing pool, the animals, super comfortable beds and clean facilities.
