This place is stunning. Our room had a balcony overlooking the bay which we could watch for hours, you might spot dolphins! Right from the start Feder and Remo couldn’t do enough for you, extremely helpful with anything you need, days out, boat trips etc. Every single meal is amazing, it’s all fresh produce from their garden or local and you can really tell, I think they should do a recipe book because I’d buy it!
The surrounding grounds are beautiful, the trees and palms are stunning and bring in wonderful birds.
If you feel this is too quiet one day Bocas is only 30 mins by boat and any day trips are available. We’d love to come back one day, it’s a bit of paradise.

Everything was picture perfect but most of all the friendliness of the hosts made our stay fantastic. What else is there to say: the food was excellent, the cocktails were great, the information provided and the help by the hosts to make arrangements made it a very relaxing holiday.

Dolphin Bay Hideaway is absolutely lovely. We stayed at Casa Piedra which is a detached villa some 10 minutes walk away (through a jungle path) or a 5 minutes boat ride from the main lodge. Lots of room, views over the bay, a fully functioning kitchen, gardens and direct access to the private jetty with paddle boards and kayaks. We had our own chef, AJ, who came over from the lodge each day to prepare breakfast and dinner using provisions he'd brought over from Bocas Town.
It was a delight staying at Casa Piedra from start to finish.
The owners, Brian and Amey, made us feel very much at home and nothing was too much trouble. Brian is full of knowledge about the area, the flora and fauna, and the way of life and organised a number of trips for us. Amey invited us to join them and other guests for a lovely dinner at the lodge on our last night.
We were sorry to leave. If we are fortunate enough to visit the area again, this is where we would want to stay.

The hosts were super nice. They were super available for anything, such as driving us up there in their pickup van, when we said we didn't had food for dinner, she offered to cook us a meal for a reasonable price. Everything we needed, they were there to help. Also they were considerate to guarantee we could get a "colectivo" bus when we left (it was easter friday and we were not certain they were running).
