The yoga, meditation, art and wine and coconut workshop and general Helpfulness of staff made up for the slightly run down dorm room. Nice retreat vibes, met lovely people. Lovely WhatsApp with daily message of the schedule of activities. Good space in the room and functional shared bathroom and kitchen. Enjoyed the walk to and from the beach. Paradise with awful lodging. Considering the place we stayed in I wouldn't go. It's expensive and you incur in health risks you wouldn't expect inside a lodging. The scenery is beautiful. I would go there to visit but I wouldn't stay for the night if you decide to go eat at the beach shaks in Starfish beach. In bocas del drago you will pay the same for much less and the fish isn't fresh.
