Staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially manager James who sorted out a room change flawlessly. Great location within walking distance to town centre but out of earshot of all the noises. The rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable, with a great view to the lake. Breakfast was ok considering the price. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Travelling as a family it was good to have two rooms close together.
The pressure in the shower was amazing.
The buffet breakfast was delicious, was a good feed to start the day.
